Upgrade o2 xda mini german to english o2

Hi,
can someone kindly point me to a manual etc. how to update a german xda mini to an english version ?

i need a gernam Qtek Rom and not a O2 Rom

And this is not the "new" ROM it is Version 2.15.x

Dear John (thats a song right?)
As far I can tell there is no new german qtek rom on the qtek site, just swedish and english (see screenshot)

i got O2 XDA Neo on German language , i want to convert it on English, please help me to find the good ROM in english and where can i download it.

thank you shayd, but i found Rom in English in that link, but it writes Qtek S200, is it same ?

The Prophet is sold as I-mate JamIn, Qtek S200, Orange SPV M600, XDA neo or dopod 818pdo

Model : Xda mini (Pm10a)
Rom : 1.12.01 GER
What is my problem?
I need English rom
I have a few simple questions;
Is there any English rom file for this device?
What is the suitable rom file name?
Where can i found or download English rom file?
If the rom file is availabe, how can i install rom file?
