Hi there ,
I was earlier using Palm Tungsten W, and about 2 months back shifted to XDA II, while I was able to tarnasfer most f the files ( contacts / Word and excel) from Palm to XDA with help of Outlook and active sync etc.. I am unable to transfer some of the important sms's about ( 150 odd) from Palm to XDA. I need them exactly as the sms comes normally in the XDA inbox.
Any suggestions..??
Please let me know ASAP.
Thanks have a grt day ..

I found it!!! O2 SMS Plus
I have been searching for a software which can let me send SMS to multiple persons at one time but in vain.
Now I got this software, the O2 SMS Plus. Not only does it allow me to send SMS to multiples persons, but it also has SMS CHAT function!!! It works flawlessly in my Xda neo (aka 818 pro). I think everybody should try this software!!

Uh. Not to rain on your parade, but can't you just add multiple recipients to the "TO" field in the SMS application?
How can we try it if you are sitting on it
I have it on my Atom, but if you found a version that works on other devices, please share with others. Post it. 8)
This was cracked and posted on the forum months ago

Does anyone know of any software that reads SMS on an O2 XDA IIi as if reading it on a Nokia phone? The built-in message tool does not show some SMS the way it shows on an ordinary Nokia phone.
Cheers
Hey everyone,
my question is rather simple. Does anyone know of a program, that I could use to send text messages from the computer, rather than my touch pro 2?
Managing sms from the computer would be nice aswell, but it's not necessary.
Thanks a lot.

A quick bit of googling for FreeSMS 1.4.6 should point you in the right direction! I have no idea if its freeware or not!
Thanks...
But I was thinking more in the likes of this:
Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft Outlook SMS Add-in (MOSA)
(I can't post outside links)
Ideally, I would like a software, that connects to the TP2, gets all the texts, manages them and lets me write texts to phone numbers stored on the phone.
Hi again,
Yippie! I found one.
Here it goes:
Efficasoft Mobile Express
Moved as not software release.
Go to txt2day.com voila!
Sent from my Nexus One using XDA App
Hi Folks.
I have HTC TYTN II ..i just want my sms frm cell to my pc..pls give a solution.there are many and important messages need to be transferred.
Thanks in Advance !!
HI,
AFAIK only a few paid apps do that, but why not back them up instead via pimbackup or using myphone, search on here for the apps (free) and on market place.
I have old memory card of old (not working Nokia N70). There is folder named ( mail ) which contains old sms including my father SMS for me during my study abroad. I have warm feeling to read his advices in his sms s (nostalgia) .
When I tried to read them using word, notepad++ as there encodings appear bizarre.
Can any body give me advice or ideas how to read these sms.?
They are in Arabic language,
Thanks very much.
