synchronize appointements and contact on hotmail - help - General Topics

Hi there
I upgraded my hotmail account and installed the HTTPMAIL on my imate in order to get my mail from hotmail to my device
When I log on hotmail contacts and appointments and calendar are available.
I wondered
Is there a way to synchronize my appointments and contacts from my imate with my hotmail account?

contact's birthdays

I have manually entered in my contacts in my phone, and synced it with Outlook 2007.
I recently found FbCal which will export all my facebook friend's birthdays to a calendar.
So I have all the birthdays on my calendar, but not on my contacts info.
Wondering if anyone knows how i can import birthdays into the contacts (other then manually)

Changing default mail account in M2d

I just installed M2d. Searched the forum, and cannot find a way to get it to display my gmail account, and not outlook.
Any help? I am on a XV6800 running DCD agps rom. Gmail is set up as another account.
Don't think it's possible
I am pretty sure that M2D only can interface with pocket Outlook so GMail won't be possible. I forwarded my E-mails to my Outlook address, so I get all my E-mails in M2D, but the actual G-mail account is probably not possible to access from M2D.
Outlooks handles Gmail via IMAP
The way I'm reading my GMail accounts is via Outlook. When I added the two accounts, outlook automatically detected the IMAP configuration. Therefore, I can "read" all my email accounts directly on Manila tab (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Exchange)
I use push email with my gmail account through outlook, and so far its been working great for me.
I use mobipush to do that, here is the signup page if you are interested.
I have my Gmail account setup in outlook (two email accounts for that matter) and they both show in M2D without a problem. I have a BA running 6.1 build 20758...

Not syncing contacts that don't have an email address?!?

Hi,
I just realized that my outlook contacts do not contain all the contacts I have on my phone. All the contacts in my phone that don't have an email address set are not synced with my outlook contacts... why is that? As soon as I enter an email address in the contact in my phone, it will appear on my outlook contacts at next sync...
I have an HTC Touch with WM 6.1, SBP Shell and Vista WMDC...
Anyone can help?

Is there a way to get my Outlook contacts if they are in a separate folder in my Exchange account?

Sync problem between outlook.com contacts and android 7.0

Hey,
I'm new to Android and I want to use my Microsoft Account (Outlook.com) where I have my emails and contacts. I installed at first the Outlook app and the emails and calendar where synced perfectly. But my contacts are empty. I also add a MS Exchange ActiveSync Account but it doesn't help. I also checked if the outlook app has the permission for contact and it does.
Any idea or help how I can sync my outlook contacts with my Samsung S8?
