I haven't tried that one - I may give it a shot later. You might want to try these:

http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=14071
Edit: Tried the Microsoft one but it's for Outlook 2003 and I have Outlook 2002 installed.
I cant see the use of it with a WM2003 PE device like the MDAII/XDA2
IF you sync Pocket Outlook you allready get the SMS folders available on your PC Outlook?
my outlook sure dont have sms on the pc
i to installed it and it did not appear, however, once it did pop up but the next time i loaded outlook it vanished again, i guess its shy...
i think this outlook add in is for mobile phones not pocket pc phone ed. hopefully ms comes out with a ppc pe version of this.
An alternative is Jeyo Mobile Extender.

I have a WM5 Device trying to sync with outlook and am getting this Support Code:85010014 when I select the view status link in Activesync (v4).
AS4 allows me to sync favorites and notes, but not contacts, calendar, email, and tasks. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
I solved my ActiveSync problem with Error 85010014.
I also run Eudora and Incredimail Plugin for Outlook on both PCs, Work and Home. Both are on XP Pro SP2 and when I installed ActiveSync 4.1 on my work PC without issue, I decided to attack my Home PC Outlook installation to see if I could resolve the issue.
So, At home:
Putting Outlook in Offline mode did not solve the problem.
I uninstalled ActiveSync 4.0 and installed ActiveSync 4.1 - No difference.
I backed up Outlook via 3rd party program to grab account settings as well as my 2GB pst file then ran Help->Detect and Repair... - reboot, no difference.
I then ran Control Panel -> Add or remove Programs -> Office 2003 and chose to modify my installation by adding or removing components. I unchecked Outlook and updated it to remove Outlook from my Office 2003 suite. Then returned to this option and re-checked Outlook to add it back to my Office 2003 Suite, CD-Rom in hand but updating, it did not ask for the Office 2003 Install CD-Rom... - Rebooted and connected - Bingo NO 85010014 error!
Before you re-install..
Are you using Outlook 2003 in "Offline" mode? If so, try running Activesync while CONNECTED to your Exchange server... This worked for myself and possibly a few others here.
Good luck! Hopefully you won't have to re-install Outlook which seems to be the ultimate fix.
Just checked the original post date... hope the original poster fixed the issue.

No, I don't use exchange. I realy hate outlook compared to Eudora for my needs. Mail accounts are on standard Unix POP/SMTP Servers. Outlook is forced due to contacts integration on PDAs.
Windows Mobile 5 Support Code: 85010014
I solved the same problem in a different way - On ActiveSync in the File menu there is an option to Delete Mobile Device. I picked that, deleted the device and then re-established the partnership between the mobile device and the PC. Sync started working perfectly right away.
Is it possbile backup all of contact and email from WM 5.0 to .pst?
looks as if they removed the option from activesync so one have to use

How about using the Vista one, because I already my OS to Vista before.
Thanks!
if it got a backup and restore option like activesync used to
then yeah i guess it would work
but i dont understand why they would remove the option from activesync and put it in the vista tool

May i know is there any change the pib to pst, beacuse I lost all of contact and ,ail at my exchange server and oultook, only my PPC still have it, I want to export it to Outlook and exchange Server.
Many Thanks!!
I want to save all the SMS that I received\sent to save them on my PC.
Is there a possibility ?
Try using Microsoft MyPhone. I use it to transfer contacts and I think it can also transfer sms.
Work like charm...
Thanks for your help mate.
It syncs with Web not PC
I had a look at the Myphone website. What I understand is it syncs with microsoft's MyPhone web account, not to your PC. Correct me if I am wrong.

Hi all, I have configurated my imap gmail account on my pc outlook 2007 and is working fine. Now, when try to synchronize my outlook mobile emails with my pc, the mobile doesn't get any email from my computer. It seems like the imap account is not linked with the main outlook folders but to a new imap folder linked to gmail which is not recognized by activesync. The mobile runs under windows mobile 6.1, does anyone had a similar experience? how can I configure my outlook 2007/outlook mobile? I try to configure outlook mobile on my device but it looks like is not possible or must be done automatically when connected to my pc.
Thanks!
bugs on samsung omnia ii firmware
hi all, I've been reading on the internet and found that apparently there are some bugs on the rom of my device (omnia ii) which are partially solved by a new firmware release that can only be flashed at the samsung service center... By the time being it seems like there have been 9 releases but most of them still have any bug so think will wait to the windows mobile 6.5 upgrade which is expected for october. Anyway I do not recomend buying this phone until samsung guarantees that all the problems are solved given that very important fuctions on a smartphone like the e-mail are not working properly.
Hey guys,
as the topics says I have a problem to synchronize my HTC Mozart (WindowsPhone) with MS Outlook 2003. I use Windows Vista 32bit.
I downloaded the hotmail-connector from microsoft, installed it and set it up. But as soon as I click on the new installed live-folder in my Outlook I get an error message which says: "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location."

Do you have any idea, what could cause this problem?
Thanks and greetings from Germany
This thread might present the solution for my problem.
It seems that you must default you hotmail account in outlook, then close and reopen outlook, inorder to use outlook connector.

I'll report later if it worked.
Of course I would be pleased about a better solution then setting the hotmail account to default.
To let you know: It worked.
