Latest Samsung ROM that is available in English?

The latest official UK (where I live) Samsung ROM for the 10.1 is P5110XXCLK7 (4.1.1 - November 2012).
However, I remember a while back, you could install a newer ROM from a different country than the latest UK ROM and it was still in English.
So my question is, if I want my tablet in English, should I only choose UK/USA/AUST etc. ROMs?

So if I go to SamMobile's Firmware page and search for Tablet | Android | P5110 (Wi-Fi) | Top 10 Latest
and download the top result (latest), which is P5110ZSDMB2 (March 2013) (Taiwan/Hong Kong), it will work?
Then again, that P5110ZSDMB2 doesn't show an Android version on SamMobile's list of results.
Should I stick with the latest one that has a version number on SamMobile's list of results? (which is P5110XXCLK7 (4.1.1 - January 2013) (Brazil/Mexico/Argentina)

[Completed] Need to find MULTIPLE forums, esp. for older devices. (Also a Kernel Q.)

I have a series of phones (plus one tablet) that I'd like to "Root" and then
install new firmware/OS to the latest stable and practical CyanogenMod release.
Note that I said STABLE and PRACTICAL.
For most of the phones in the below list, I am not interested in the "Nightly Builds". Thus the word STABLE. The "Release Candidate" versions should be the correct/adequate versions of CM.
This interest of mine has been revived because CyanogenMod 13 now has the (T-Mobile popularized) "Wi-Fi Calling" feature. Having said that, some phones on the list below may not be supported by and/or have hardware capable of, running CM13. I may have to settle for CM11 (or even earlier releases) on some of the phones. Thus the word PRACTICAL.

i.e.: The newer the hardware, the less urgently I feel the need to an update.

I have previously done the expected "Google search" for techniques on how to do things like Rooting and CM installs, but I've frequently come up against wrong, old, or obsolete advice.
One pair of such examples are the SGH-T959 & SGH-T959V duo.
While similar, they are not exactly the same.
Rooting instructions are not the same between them.
Said instructions don't appear to work anymore and/or are now identified as being malware.

I've tried to navigate the web site, but failed to find the relevant forums for many of the above listed devices.
It seems that only the newest devices have easy to find forums.
I _TRUST_ that the forums for the older devices have not been deleted, but shuffled off to some remote corner of the web site.

Is the Kernel is same or different than installation of the CyanogenMod OS?

there is no official Marshmallow by your carrier. But I found this:
