German -> English flashing PLEASE HELP

Hi, i know this is the XDA Forum, but maybe someone is so kind to help me.
I have here beside my XDA II also a Toshiba E400 with Windows Mobile 2003.
Now i want to change the language there from german into english.
I tried to install the available english Windows Mobile 2003 SE Update, but it says that the languages are incompatible...
I dont even want to have the Second Edition - i only need to have a english Windows Mobile. Does anybody know how i can manage this ?

i want to know if is possible to download wm2005 in italian lenguage and the instruction to install it on my qtek

the only 2005 rom for xdaII's is an leaked beta version
and it's in english
if people want to have it in another language they manualy need to translate
try asking the makers of the french 2005 rom how they did it and then you can do it yourself

I have a POCKET PC/PDA typ. YAKUMO DELTA 300 from Germany with WINDOWS MOBILE 2003 in German and I nid it in French. Is it possible to change the language or to download a french version. Thank you in advance.

How can i install office in italian on an english version!? there is an hack!?

If you talk about the integrated MS Pocket Office, there is no hack other than you cook it into your selfmade ROM or - the easier way - flash your device entirely with an Italian ROM.

Yes but the question is that i can't find an Italian Rom of Ipaq 1940. If someone can send me, please! I would like to hack italian cab of office to install on english version...it's possible!? how can i do!?

And is it possible with a registry editor turn an english rom in italian rom (only indication that it's italian and not english not complete translation of everything!) ???

I think it is only in World Wide English and China language.

You can translate it. You only need to change all MUIs to your language.
