It seems like it is impossible to organise the Word documents in subfolders like in desktop Word:
What I would like to do is to organise all Word documents in a folder called Word, in which there should be subfolders, which should contain the Word documents.
When I open the document list with the Word folder I only see a list of documents actually in the Word folder, I can not see any subfolder at all and not the documents in the subfolders.
Is there a way to work around this, or should I use another software to replace Word?
Best regards
Allan

I can not for the life of me figure out how to save, and then upload into an email files. I am trying to save, modify, upload Word, Excel, PPT, and .PDF files. I can save .PDF, but I cant modify or upload them into an email.
Any tricks?
Open the document (word, excel whatever) and select share, then select your email account.
Right, I have the upload part ok for docs I CREATE. I cant figure out how to SAVE documents I get via email.
Opposite for Adobe, I can SAVE them but cant UPLOAD them into an email to share?
Open the menu (three dots on the bottom), and there is "save as" option, type in the name, poof, saved. PDFs cannot be shared.
is there anychance to save pdf, excel, word, document file to homescreen(default touchWI)?
like im using htc sensation se.. the UI can make a folder and store pdf file inside in homescreen...
create an folder on your homescreen and place documents there
I don't believe it is possible unless you can find where the folder you create on your home screen is stored. As the homescreen folders are AFAIK limited drag and drop of stuff on the desktop. You may be able to create a bookmark on your homescrees/desktop and the place the bookmark into the folder. I have folder of bookmarks on my home screen but they are from S Notes and web sites.
is thare a xml document viewer ,editer application i can use on winodows phone 7?
For anything *except* XML, you can use Word just fine. However, Word doesn't like opening files with the .xml extension. Rename the file (if you rename it to .txt and put it in the \My Documents folder, you can even open it in Word from the Office hub) and then either manually open it with Word or send it to Word using the "Edit" or "View" commands that many file browser apps include.
Hey,
Anyone know how I can go about adding an overview or table of contents to a pdf that is currently without that? So far I've just been adding bookmarks to the beginnings of textbook chapters, but I'd prefer to give it a table of contents so I can sort through it in overview mode that way. I currently have: lecture notes, ezpdfreader pro, polaris office, snotes, and adobe pdf viewer I'd love to just do it all in lecture notes, but ot doesnt seem to want to import in a textbook, it always stops after a few pages of import, and I'd like to have lecture notes open for notes with the pdf open anyway.
Hello
In WPS Office (and office suite pro) i cannot use math-function in a word document, so i want to copy a spreadsheet (the content) to a word document, but if i paste it, there ist only text without any format.
Is there a solution? Or wich office app let me do math funtion in a spreadsheet within a text document or let me at least paste a spreadsheet table?
