I have £150 to buy an XDA 64 meg version. Ebay have sold several 32 meg version at £125 recently and there has been a marked drop in price on 64 megs. I would prefer to buy from somebody who has looked after their handset which most of you probably have done. I know that O2 have just recalled all the XDA's back to the NDC (discontinued sales of them through O2 Retail) , so there may be some cheap ones flying around the independant shops soon.
Yes I have been offered 64meg ram refurb units as new for £150 as well, on ebay too the price is sliding downward, also the xda2 came down quite quickly. I think the xda is now the best phone/pda bargain on the market in the price range, you cant get a decent pda for the price.

I changed from an XDA Neo (Prophet) to the Orbit 2 - renewed my contract (for 2 numbers) and got a Nokia N95 8GB and an Orbit 2 for €1 each. I then sold the Nokia for a great profit on e-bay! Going from the Prophet to the Orbit is a BIG jump in performance . . . so far so good . . ..
The XDA Neo (Prophet) I have WM6 from here installed - worked fine, but annoyingly slow . . . .

Well. Used Tornados are selled for a price around 70 EUR to 120 EUR (115$ to 180$) on Ebay in Germany. It depends on their condition.
So the price seems to be reasonable.
the condition is 9.9/10, it's like completely new with all accessories and box. The reason I am planning to get it that price because HTC Tornado is getting so rare now, unlike the T-mobile SDA where I can get it everywhere in the state. thanks for the comments.

Thats £420, which equals ~510€, it's not 420€
I paid £428 for mine including shipping from Clove. It's not the lowest UK price, but there is not much difference at the moment, and their customer service when I bought my Desire from them in 2010 and in the few days leading up to my purchase was good enough that I decided it was worth giving them my business again.
In Italy costs around 600 euros (insane price :O)
So I'm also looking for cheaper units in Europe
I am wondering what the estimated price will be for this phone in the US with upgrade. I have to start setting aside money for the end of the month.
