!! - HTC One A9

mid: 2PQ910000
cid: HTC__621
That's the phone's details.
I have no back up (cause im an idiot) and Im on CM13 with TWRP and the sound is very low. RUU won't work !
This is a HUGE problem for me because I need to wake up for work early and the alarm is sow low I don't hear it
Can anyone please post a link to a flashable zip / TWRP backup so I can safely return to stock ?
THANK YOU !!!

Post fastboot getvar all minus serial no & imei no . -- download mode

Try Viper4Android for a quick volume boost solution, then you can take your time finding the RUU for your device

yap you must flashing firmware to replace corrupt bootloader first..
that's mean now your bootloader had a text "UNLOCKED" in the top of bootloader..?
if the bootloader had already text "unlocked" in the top of bootloader..?, you must relocked first with command "fastboot oem lock", then tried it flashing this firmware from bootloader..

what about if you tried installing RUU again...?, because just only this way can fix your bootloader.. just don't forget to relock your boorloader first before that..
because your bootloader is already corrupt..that's why can't show all bootloader menu..
EDITED: IF RUU still fail...maybe you can tried flash this firmware (this TMOUS firmware) through bootloader...just copied this firmware file (PG58IMG.zip) to the root of your sdcard (root sdcard is mean don't placed in any folder on your sdcard..just outside them)..and boot to bootloader..then let bootloader check it..then wait to confirm updating with pressing vol up...wait until finish..confirm reboot with power button..

Can't find a matching RUU
BUT
i recently helped another user with a simiar problem.
In case you unlock the bootloader and get S-OFF you can do as followed:
S-OFF your phone --> get super CID --> flash stock recovery --> change CID to e.g unbranded (HTC__001) --> Flash unbranded RUU

Yes, I've unlocked bootloader.
But my problem is - I have bootloop.
So, I can't load Android on the phone to use adb to S-OFF my phone.
(What I found so far is - you need to have working adb to S-OFF the phone)
Which means I can't change CID to be able to flash any other RUU.
Thanks.

Flash latest TWRP using fastboot.
Perform a FULL wipe.
Flash rom via ADB Sideload (TWRP supports this feature)
IMPORTANT: Your bootloader vesrion will only support 4.0x versions. May be JB too. But NO 4.3+. So i'd suggest to flash ICS rom.
You will need to flash the kernel (boot.img) manually using fastboot due to your phone is S-ON!
Just to make sure that I understood you correctly:

Maximus HD is for S-OFF only!!!
You have to use the boot.img contained in the rom you flash. Otherwise you will have a brick again.

Yes please use TWRP 2.7. ADB sideload is selectable in the TWRP menu.
Connect it to your computer. Open commandline.
Type "adb sideload ROMNAME.zip" and it will flash the rom immediately to your phone.

Don't panic
If fastboot is bugged, relock bootloader and unlock again. Then flashing will be fine.
May you tell me what caused the bootloop originally? Will help to find a solution.

you can use a ruu.exe
see here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1672425
don't worry you will remain on S-OFF
OR
flash 3.33 univeral from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767
follow the instructions to the letter
and before flashing check md5 sums(important)
after that install the recovery again via fastboot command
if you have access to the recovery flash a custom rom
note: before flashing the rom make a backup first of your current one just in case
If you are S-OFF you can flash a zip with recovery only in RUU mode.
Method 1:
Just give those commands:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip <your zip>
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Method 2:
Put the zip in the root of your sdcard.Rename your zip name to PG58IMG.zip and reboot to bootloader to upgrade your recovery.
You can download the latest 4EXT recovery from here:
4EXT Recovery Touch RC3 zip
Then you can flash some fix or the ROM of your choice!Sometimes you can fix boot loop by cleaning cache and dalvik-cache.You could try clean you data partition!!!

Hi,Yep tried that one still getting signed error.
Thanks for looking
You have to get an RUU according to your CID.Get into your bootloader (by pressing power + vol-) and when you see fastboot usb give the command fastboot getvar all. Then copy-paste everything here except your imei and serialno so we will be able to help you further. If you cannot find an RUU for your CID you have to S-OFF your device so you be able to change your cid. After that you can flash any RUU.
You probably have bootloop issues with custom roms because you are S-ON user and you have to flash mannually the kernel.Just extract the boot.img from the rom zip you flash from your recovery in the folder you have fastboot and then flash it from your bootloader by using the command fastboot flash boot boot.img.Then your custom Rom should be working. After that you can S-OFF your bootloader with runrummer or with juopunutbear as long as you have already unlocked your phone with HTC_dev.
** Also after S-OFF it would be nice to upgrade your radio to the latest. **

Looking forward to your reply.

in the ruu thread there is somewhere how to flash ruu manually
maybe from there you can locate the boot.img
about the recovery link i think you have to sign in in 4shared site
and yes you can flash 4ext while on S-ON as long as the bootloader is unlocked

HTC U11 Battery issue

Hello,
Hope someone can help me, I've read through alot of posts before asking, I have a strange issue. When my EU HTC U11 Unlocked S-ON is turned off and plugged in the battery charge icon always show as empty with the red light, fastboot see's it as empty, so I can't flash anything that way, I get RU_BATTERY_LOW error.

Appreciate any guidance on this issue.
Thank you.
If possible could someone provide me with links so I can try another DSP, RADIO, Bluetooth TWRP backup.
DSP is showing as UNKNOWN on the Fastboot download screen.

I tired these via TWRP with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
Try to flash the same DSP from my post - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80620553&postcount=1267

Thanks for the response, I'm stuck at the moment because I flashed a stock image from TWRP, which wiped out TWRP and root. So now I can't fastboot images at all due to the incorrect battery level.
Any ideas are welcome.
Glad this is a old phone

Try to flash hosd_signed.img from this firmware (2.33.401.10 for SINGLE SIM) before ruu flash.
- In bootloader mode run in command line:
Code:
fastboot flash hosd hosd_signed.img
Then reboot in Download mode and flash ruu again.
