Hey there.
Sorry for any confusion this post may give, however I have a EU 5G model of the 7Pro, I have managed to easily unlock the bootloader, I want to install YAPP or a AOSP, but every time I use the command "fastboot boot C:\Users\wlm\Downloads\twrp-3.4.0-10-guacamole-unified-Q-mauronofrio.img" for example, it completes in command line but the phone switches to a OnePlus logo with "Fastboot Mode" under it. Tried using TWRP and YAPP boot.img and it does the same?
Any help would be grateful.

I bought a Oneplus One 64gb from china with cynamogen pre-flashed on it, I tried to unlock the bootloader following various guides on this site but I'm stuck.
I manage to put the device on fastboot mode (three chinese words followed by "fastboot...") and the computer recognize it through "fastboot devices", when I input "fastboot oem unlock" it says "done" but when I input "fastboot reboot" the one reboots normally without wiping anything
It makes no sense
I'm not english, sorry if you find some errors
edit i finally managed to root it, you can close the thread
EDIT:
fastboot boot and fastboot flash WORK even though
fastboot oem device-info shows thebootloader is NOT UNLOCKED.
If that still doesn't work try to flash some other compatible stock rom for your model with qfil and try the fastboot boot and fastboot flash commands again, don't care about unlock status, it worked for me successfully flashed twrp and a custom rom.
Hello!
My Lenovo VIBE K5 A6020a41 refuses to unlock its bootloader.
Output of fastboot oem unlock:
FAILED (remote: 'oem unlock is not allowed')
I have enabled developer settings, usb debugging and Unlock OEM setting.
I found some posts of people with the same issue and smartphone model and they said they fixed it by flashing another stock rom (they didn't specify which).
I have flashed two or three other stock ROMs with QFIL, one was for A6020a40 model and the other two were for my A6020a41 model.
Again, I enabled all the necessary settings and still couldn't unlock my bootloader, showed the same error.
Then I tried flashing TWRP through QFIL, but when I rebooted into it, Lenovo logo showed for a second and then a black screen forever, I also tried to see if adb was able to detect it as a device in recovery, but it didn't.
Then I managed to root it with KingoRoot(I know it is not secure and it is bad and all, but I just want to flash a custom rom anyway), so I installed the official TWRP app and an app called Flashify, both flashed TWRP successfully, but I couldn't boot into the TWRP again, Lenovo logo for a second and a black screen.
Do You have any suggestions please?
Thank You.
Try
Code:
fastboot flashing unlock
what is the appropriate command on newer devices.

Already did. This device supports the older one only. (Should support)
Hint: Add " Lenovo VIBE K5 A6020a41 " to front of this thread's title.
I've recently bricked my device trying to install LineageOS, long story short I had to use MSM Tool in order to flash a new, stock ROM. Since I did that I am unable to unlock the bootloader: everytime I do the phone bricks with this following Yellow message on the screen: "upgrade download failed please check your download flow is right". After that I have to use the MSM Tool again to unbrick the Yellow text.
Any ideata how I might unlock the bootloader? Aside from that, the phone works fine.
EDIT: I managed to fix this by OEM updating my device to Android 11 and *then* unlocking the bootloader. Another issue has arisen now, though: whenever I try to boot TWRP from fastboot, the phone reboots and gets stuck in the "Fastboot Mode" OnePlus logo screen. Would anyone know how to fix this, or maybe is there a way to root your phone without using a custom recovery?

Yes you can ,,install thru boot loader with ADB and fastboot CMD. First you need to extract the boot.img from your oos rom, patch it in magisk app, then put it in your adb folder and run the cmd " fastboot flash boot boot.img .
Hi guys, my friend got a new Xiaomi 12X and while trying to flash a global rom he bricked the phone into fastboot mode only.
We can't flash a new rom through MiFlash because it says that the device is locked. We can't boot into the system anymore to do the unlock process. No access to recovery mode, FASTBOOT ONLY.
How can we proceed? I know that there's probably some way to do this without unlocking, china sellers from AliExpress and stores like that do this every day to change from china to global ROMs.
I found this tool, but it's paid, anyone knows if it works? Mod Edit: Link Removed
You're looking for the fastboot rom, specifically, available on the offical website and on one of these forums. That's the one you can push from fastboot on your PC
the other methods won't work while its stuck in fastboot

you need patched firehose for the Poco F3. so go in that forum and search for "firehose"
Hey guys,
I need some help with my phone. I tried to install twrp recovery on it, but I messed up.
Here's what I did: I unlocked the bootloader using "fastboot unlock" and then I flashed the twrp image using "fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.7.0_11-0-RMX1941.img". Then I tried to boot into twrp using "fastboot boot twrp-3.7.0_11-0-RMX1941.img", but it didn't work.
I should lock the bootloader again, so I stupidly ran "fastboot lock" without doing any research. Then I selected "recovery" from the bootloaders options, hoping it would boot into twrp. But instead, it showed me a message saying "the current image have been destroyed and cannot boot..." And now it won't boot at all.
Additionally, I can enter the recovery mode nonetheless, the error is still showing up and I'm unable to connect my phone to my PC using cable either anymore, so no fastboot.
Here's my hypothesis: I think this is just a soft-brick however, is there a way out?
Specifications: Realme C2, Mediatek (I don't know which MediaTek it is)
Did I brick my phone? Is there any way to fix this? Please help me out, I'm desperate.
I really appreciate any help you can provide. Ask me freely if you want some further information regarding this.
