I have a oneplus 7 pro with android 9 that I tried to unlock with T-Mobile unlock tool but I get the error "Qualcomm Error:Lock operation failed because IMEI Validation failed" (Server error: error code=35) I would like to find the solution

I'm trying to root this device but face a lot of complications and the first being to unlock the device.
When I try to unlock from Mi Unlock Tool, it gives me an error and asks me to do it manually through Mi Unlock Status Option in Developer Options.
The Mi Unlock Status options still doesn't work for me because when I try to add account it shows me an error "Couldn't Add. Device basic data verification failed".
