Hello friends, can I pair my watch active 2 watch with gear werable if I install android 11 or android 12 with Android 10 installed on the Galaxy S20, I tried a lot before, but android 11 is also werable with the watch. does not match, stays on standby screen I can't solve this problem, will these watches not work with current android versions on knox triggered or rooted devices?
The new android version of the phone is out, but because the phone is knox trigger, it does not match in the werable application, is there still a solution to this, I want to install android 12 on my phone, but i can't

They work afaik only on non Samsung devices with root.
Tested with LG G5 H850 and SM-G900F both rooted.
Wear apk had no problem on LG but on Samsung.
Perhaps there's a chance using Magisk hide or so but idk.

I wouldn't update it unless you HAVE to.
The phone seems to run best on KitKat from what I've seen.
Of course that operating system was what the designers of the phone planned for the hardware to run in the first place.
Other note phones are running 6.0.1
I have my Samsung galaxy s5 running 6.0.1. Also other note edge models are running 6.0.1 but I can't find the update for my edge model.
Has anyone got the galaxy wearable app to work on android 9.0.2? The galaxy wearable app says it is not supported on 9.0.2 and when I sideload the app it crashes when trying to connect to my gear s3. I had no problems with Android 9.0.0 so just want to make sure it's the app and not my install of 9.0.2.
Are you talking about Oxygen OS 9.0.2.? I have Oxygen OS 9.0.2. and Android 9 and the Galaxy Wearable app, and my connection to my Gear S3 Frontier are all working perfectly.

Thanks, that's all I wanted to know. Not sure why the play store is telling me the wearable app isn't compatible with 9.0.2. Will do a clean install of 9.0.2 Oxygen and see if that fixes it.

Same here, I've no problems with my Gear S3.
Is the playstore says your device is certified? If no, try to wipe playstore cache and data.
Mine is working perfectly, safetynet passes, certified on playstore.

Hi everybody,
I've bought a Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) which was already upgraded to Android 9.0 which uses OneUI.
I don't really have a good relationship with OneUI, instead I like the Samsung Experience 8.1 UI which was used in Android 7.0.
Do you think it is worth it to rollback the device to Android 7.0 for the theme? Or if is there anyway I can use the Experience on Android 9.0?
Thanks for your time and help!

I recommend using newer Android version because of latest security patches. And some apps may stop working on older Android versions sooner or later. There are different themes for OneUI (via Samsung Galaxy store) ... or using a different launcher (via Play store).
Maybe you will find one looking like touchwiz or Samsung experience
