Hi guys. I'm looking to get the RN7 Pro, but I have a problem. My network provider has LTE on band 28, which isn't officially listed as supported. Question is, does the chipset have support for that band, and is it possible to enable successfully? If yes, how? Or should I just opt for the global RN7 (non pro)? Thanks.
Hello,
I am looking to buy an unlocked S21+ from Samsung Canada store (SM-G996W) and I checked here :
S21+ Differences that the following 5G bands: n2, n41, n66, n71 are the ones supported by the Candian model so my question is:
Is it possible to change the supported bands? For example, if I travel to a country where the used 5G band is the n28, will the S21+ support this band. If so, how please?
Btw, I have seen some users changing Network bands on Samsung devices without root so I want to make sure that it works with the 5G bands especially from someone who have a S21+ please?
Here is the link of the short tutorial: Un/Locking LTE Bands on Samsung I am talking about.
Thanks for your help

AFAIK this 5G bands are hardware related, not software related. So no "unlocking" in this case.
Hi all,
May I know if there is any way to enable VoLTE/VoNR on Verizon 8V 5g UW in CSL HK?
My phone works on 5G and 4G data but not voice over them. Sim status shows IMS not registerred.
Thanks in advance.
While the V50S (not V50) has 5G capability, it appears it can only use the N41 band which is not a Verizon band in the US. Has anyone tried using the V50S on Verizon and had any luck with 5G?
I'd love to get 5G but keep using my G8X Dual Screen case that I already have.
Hi folks,
I am not able to get 5G on my Samsung S22 Ultra here in India, which was imported from UK, so has the Exynos 2200 chipset. Although it supports all the 5G network bands required here, for some reason it does not switch to 5G. Is it because of any pending updates or so?
Could you guys help me out. Is there any way to unlock the device or something.
Thanks
