zoom on video p40pro - Huawei P40 Pro Questions & Answers

hello, today I realized something fantastic for our huawei, I can zoom x5 and up to x10 without losing quality as if it were the same telephoto lens to take photos at those distances, just download an application called high camera from aurora store definition and that it is rated 4.9 stars. Here I leave a video that I made as a sample and the differences are great. I hope the information is useful.

Panoram photo?

Is there any program that you make a panoramic photo.
Marked a landmark in the picture and you have to follow it and that point is moving in one direction.
Like this http://www.panoman.net/
THANK YOU
Your camera should have a panoramic picture mode depending on your phone.
But this program is to make several successive images but not the only one, as

the one on your phone allows you to take several images and pieces them together, i'm not sure what you are asking
some camera apps don't have that option. you should find a software that can create a panoramic photo from a bunch of other photos.. i do that all the time with my G7 but i have an app suited only for canon cams.

Selfie quality

You're beautiful and everyone knows it. That's why you take selfies. Rate this thread to express how the front-facing camera of the Huawei Nexus 6P performs. A higher rating indicates that the front camera produces fantastic results consistently.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
I don't take many selfies, but this camera really shows how ugly i am.
No more for me!
Snap chat camera could be better though but thats more snapchat software.
Amazing selfie quality. The detail is amazing, and the wide angle lens is great for with friends/snapchat

I guess if you really needed to Casper is a good at fixing that.
For the vanilla experience, the stock camera app provides pretty good quality. Shame that you can't adjust, the exposure. But for the most part, I find the pictures to be really nice. There isn't much noise, especially when paired with HDR+.
The front cam is one of the best (or the best) ive ever seen.
I dont take selfies, but the cam is impressive.
...this is a thread?
Every time I take a picture with the front camera it has lines going through the picture, any ideas?

Xiaomi Black Shark + Google Camera = ❤️

Hi everybody
The latest GCamera Mod from @Arnova8G2 seems to be working great on the Black Shark.
I tested it on my CN version, so far everything (except slow-mo, didn't test that) seems to be working.
A few comparison shots taken with stock Camera app and Google Camera can be found here.
A shot of Google Camera normal setting vs Night Sight in almost complete darkness here.
This is the version i installed to test: GCam Post Link
Here's the thread, taken from the OP6 section: Thread
It looks to me that the Google Camera is able to get more details into the photos, especially in the close ups. I'm actually impressed!
Test it and share your results!
Nice one, for me the front facing camera cant save photos, it shows ok and the camera is working but if i click to take a photo nothing happens, no photo is saved.

Does it still not save pictures for the front camera?
Also, does it work for global rom?
Download link doesn't work (anymore).
Hi, I tried the version that you recommended. It's working fine if using rear camera, but for some reason front camera only shoots 5mp images instead of 20mp.

Pixel 4a HDR on/off

I'm looking for the simplest app that allows me to turn HDR on and off. That option is not on Android 12, it's always on.
I don't need an elaborate app that does a whole lot of things.

Better than stock gcam.. you can turn off hdr and turn on hdr+
Also lot of modification.
Oh nice...ty!
Will that apk replace the stock app, or just add to it? Will I lose the highlight and shadow sliders?
I tried Open Camera. It lets you use their HDR or turn it off. I found no difference at all between their normal and HDR pics.
Their pics were just about as good as the native app, which has sliders for highlights and shadows, for precisely dialing in the exposure.

Not at all, it's a 3rd party app and it won't replace the stock camera. Btw i even found better one. Here's the latest version link -https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/dev-MWP/f/dl23/
U will find manual control there, but for manual control u need to turn on hdr++

Question How close can the ultra wide camera focus on Pixel 7a?

So, Pixel 7a's ultrawide camera has PDAF unlike the 7 or 6a. But reviews said it's missing the dedicated Macro mode of Pixel 7 Pro.
But how close can it actually focus? Has someone who has the phone already tried?
Most phones with ultrawide cameras with autofocus can actually focus at like 3 cm distance (maybe all except for Sony), so I'm wandering if this one can too, or if it's like Sony and it can only focus from like 10 cm.
Thanks!
the ultrawide camera of the 7a has no autofokus or macro mode.
it has a fixed focus
Google store says it has PDAF
I know, but this information is for the 64MP main camera.
They have a mistake there.
I have the 7a here and only the 64MP main camera has autofocus.
Not the ultrawide or the front camera.
I checked it again, and the autofocus is written only for the ultrawide. So it indeed seems it's just written in a wrong place.
Too bad. I hoped there would be finally an upper midrange compact phone with macro capability. Now there's only Motorola...

No macro, but cropping to a certain level is still somewhat usable: 1st pick regular x1 size and 2nd was enlarged/cropped at about 40%.
(btw. it's Fowler's toad as ID'd by Google lens)
