When I measure body composition on my Galaxy Watch 4 it DOES sync with the Samsung Health app as you can see in picture 1. But when I click on Body Composition in the app to get the full report, all the records (since I got the watch 10 months ago) have disappeared (picture 2). The whole history is gone and not even the latest data shows up. It is completely empty. It should look like the example in picture 3. It worked fine 4 days ago when I set new targets. In fact, the 85kg you see at the top of picture 2 is the new target weight I set 4 days ago.

I put a quick note on the day say 10. It shows the message and time on the lock screen from day 9 onwards. Is there an option or something I can set that it displays the message in the lock screen on the same day only or just before 5 or 10 hours from the starting of the appointment??
Short of putting another event 5 hours earlier, I don't know of a way. Is there a particular ue case where this behavior is a problem?
Not really, just that each day I can see for today only and if want to see for tomorrow, can see in the calendar.

I may have a lemon S2 Classic. 24 hours in and there are 3 relatively bad issues:
- Pedometer step counter does not work AT ALL. Wore watch all day and it shows I took *zero* steps.
- Heartbeat measuring is a major fail. Click the icon, and the resulting curve is erratic & all over the place. Never even locks on a heart rate and eventually gets to a "try again" button every single time.
- I have display set to always on. After a few seconds, it reverts to a plain black display with clock hands only. No other features. I can live with that, but wait a few minutes more and the screen goes completely black until I touch it or shake it to wake it back up.
I'm hoping someone can point out tips that mean some of this stuff is just user error, but I've spent a ton of time combing the settings both inside the watch as well as inside the phone app. HTC One M9, by the way, and the BT paired without a problem. Thinking Best Buy is about to get a watch returned! Thoughts on what I'm missing?
Sounds like you have a bad unit. My steps have been as accurate as any other wearable I've used. The heart rate monitor is excellent (you need to wear it snug though)... I can't comment on the ambient display as I don't use it

I think You should return it - the problems You mentioned don't occur on my S2c.
The pedometer is not perfect, at least not before You make more than ~10 steps. If less, the smartwatch is not recording it (as far as I read, it suppose to work like that, cause devs implemented it to be 'eco-energy' and not start recording with every move). But in daily use it works fine for me.
Heartbeat sensor should record fine, maybe the grip on the belt is to loose? Try to make some activity with sHealth and observe if the sensor records anything.
About display - if You choose from settings 'always on' it WILL show only plain black display with clock hands. That's how it suppose to work If You are interested in having the face always turned on then look in the Store for 'I am Alive' app.
I used this feature on Gear S and i used it on Gear S3 until the last update. Now it seems to be missing or i am blind.
To be exact - when you start an app, ie. timer, it displays the count down. Screen goes off (in my case displays AOD watchface), then you raise your watch ant it was back to timer app, now it just displays a watch and you have to fiddle with it to go to the recent apps. It drives me crazy. Am i missing something or it has been fu**ed by the last update?
Are you using a Samsung phone or another phone? I read issues like this before with users who have the watch paired with another phone that's not a Samsung. I have an S7 edge and my timer stays on if I have it running and leave it there.
S7 Edge....
The app stays fir maybe 30 seconds after the screen goes into AOD. Then disappears....
But before last update it was staying up until i swiped down from the top on it....
After reboiting both devices timer stays... But 3rd party app no...
With my HTC 10 it doesn`t go unfortunately.
I would like to use it with the MP3 player.
It`s really a s....
Just got a lg 360 camera and having a strange issue, it stops recording exactly 20 minutes in, this seems like an artificial limitation, but I can not find how to stop it.
I am using a 64gb sd card and the file size is 2.4gb (I realize on afat32 4gb will be the limit but expected it to simply create a new file at that point.)
Extrapolating out and rounding up that is 7.5gb an hour so the 3 hour long events I planed to record would take 22.5gb so disk space is not an issue....just this darn 20 artificial limit.
Any solutions (seems a common issue from searches but cannot find any fixes)

This question is not really new. see here > https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67111950&postcount=4
a solution is ,as i know, not available until now.
Tip: the record time seems to be a little longer, if you reduce the resolution.
see here->https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67305581&postcount=23
But who wants to do that?

Yeah since these will be viewed mainly in vr, resolution matters a lot more then usual...damn, gonna have to rig up a timer and hit record again every 20 minutes, sometimes developers make some absolutely bonkers decisions, personally i would of just had it auto create a new file and let the user decide when to hit stop.
(and that thread did come up in my searches i but i did not want to necro it)
Well today was the big test and tbh the camera failed it.
Ok so the first recording stopped after 20 minutes, no surprise there as i was expecting it.
I restarted the recording and it stopped after 12 minutes
I restarted the recording and it stopped after 4 minutes
I restarted the recording and it stopped after 2 minutes!
It was rather warm to the touch (even though the room we were recording in was fairly cold)
i let it call down for a couple of minutes and tried again... it stopped after 9 minutes so yep it was over heating
I tried to record again...22 seconds
I gave it about 10 minutes to cool down and tried again, it lasted 19 minutes
Then 1 minute recording time
I gave it 2 minutes cool down and it lasted 7 minutes
then 2 minutes recording time
I gave it another 2 minutes cool down and it lasted 8 minutes
This is where the battery failed
Now this was in a large, not chilly but not warm room, with plenty of space around it. full recording length about an hour 45 ish all done with the wifi turned off on the camera to conserve battery on 360 degree mode full resolution (assuming manual record uses full resolution) total file size pre-converting (which using thier desktop app is taking forever!) 11.6gb
to say i am not impressed is an understatement.
somebody else has reported a notification requester after restarting his record again. Recording was discontinued because overheating of cpu. See here for more information about that: post 12!
-> http://360camerasforums.com/index.php?/topic/1079-record-while-charging/
This seems to be a health protection of LG 360 cam firmware. Stop of recordings after 20 min or 4GB of size (because the capability of FAT32)
as you can see, it should be the same circumstance with Samsung Gear

Yeah i get the feeling its early adopter symptoms and not something that is easily fixed (no amount of firmware updates is going to add cooling...unless it blows a capacitor and makes a hole, which may cause some unwanted side effects)
My 11gb 1 hour 35 minute 2k(not as impressive as that sounds, remember thats 2k for 360 degree so in reality much lower res then hd?) video is uploading to youtube, at the minute i can not share the link as one of my mates has asked the video remain unlisted until he has seen it.
It was a bleep to join the files together, everything i tried either did not work or wanted money, in the end i had to use a trial version of adobe premier cc 2017 (no idea what ill do next week, make a new adobe account most likely lol(in my defense if it was a one off charge i would pay it...£20 a month...nope dont have that kind of money) anyway, this took an hour and a half to join the files, but i loaded the result into the lg 360 desktop player and it worked perfectly
It should also be worth noting here for people that find this thread, the desktop application converted the videos a lot slower then my honor 8 smart phone.... i mean like 3 or 4 times slow and only one at a time. (my pc, being an i7 6700 with 16gb ram and a gtx 1080, should of had my phone dead to rights lol)
@mrgreaper
Normally a good video cut software has to render only the few frames between two parts of video. But all the costless software i know, will render the whole video again! This is absolutely unusable to save time!
maybe this could be interesting for you too:

2.) http://www.viar360.com/
3.) https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-best-360-degree-video-editing-software
you could test PowerDirector 15 of Cyberlink or VideoStich. Both are able to edit 360° video streams. You can get trials of both software!
I recently upgraded from an Honor 8. The Honor 8 was excellent. It is going to be handed down in my family as we all shift up one step in phones.
I am happy overall with my purchase of the Honor V10, but it does have some issues, so this post is sort of a review/gripe/questions all in one.
Details: Official US version (BKL-L04) Emui 8.0.0 Android 8.1.0 I have not received an OTA since purchase. It was purchased the day of, or the day after it became available on the HHonor USA site.
When I purchased it, It said that the free wired, metal earbud headset was "out of stock", but it was in the box when it arrived. I also got 2 cases, the promised one with the ugly cartoon dude on the back (Like I am going to go to work with that on my phone), and a clear one. I usually do not use cases, but I have the clear one on for now.
-- See discussion here about the included screen protector showing finger prints:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-view-10/help/screen-protector-phone-box-remove-t3746590
-- Over all the screen is excellent, but I noticed 2 issues:
While the screen is larger, and 18:9, it really just means I got ~200 rows more of pixels for an extra $300 (over the cost of the Honor 8). The DPI is actually lower than my Honor 8.
It looks like they "subdued" the blue color of the little Icons in the short-cut pull-down as compared with the Honor 8 . I think this is an Emui change, not just the screen, but it made me think the entire screen has less color, but this is probably not really the case.
-- Camera: The camera app on mine seems to be different than described for other versions of this phone. Camera mode is across the bottom, and this changes by swiping left/right. There is no settings panel that swipes in from the left. There is a settings icon at the top.
There are only 4 resolution settings (in Photo Mode) -- All very high, and IMHO, "Non-standard". There is no 16:9 resolution option. It would be nice if there were some standard lower resolution settings for general shots.
My daughter attempted to take some pictures of my R/C airplane yesterday in bright sunlight. The pictures were dark, overly contrasty, and the pavement (our "runway") looked like some sort of pattern from an extremely highly compressed JPEG. Despite this, the file sizes were huge (see note above about resolution options.) I am assuming she inadvertently got it in the wrong mode.
-- Worst problem -- notifications. My Huawei Watch (original) is not receiving any call notification at all. This was working on the Honor 8 with the same watch, and the same F/W on the watch. Previously, I had it so that both the phone and watch vibrated on calls. The Honor V10 vibrates on calls, but the case largely absorbs this. The watch does nothing. I have checked all settings. "Vibrate in Silent mode" is on, and "SIM 1 vibrates while ringing is on" (I have only 1 SIM). (Note that these settings seem largely redundant to me.) On the watch "Also vibrate for calls" is on. I have factory reset the watch at least 3 times, Cleared the Data for Wear OS, unistalled and reinstalled Wear OS, etc. The watch still does absolutely nothing when I receive a call. Watch notifications (including vibrate) work for other things (email, etc.) It also has a notification for missed call after the fact :-/
On the phone, in Settings --> Apps and notifications --> Notifications, it says 1 app blocked from sending, but in this menu, none are. I selected "Batch management" --> "All" on, but it still says "1 app blocked from sending" on the Apps and notifications screen.
I have also tried to search in Permissions to see what app is blocked, but I have not found it yet.
My only remaining option is to factory reset the phone.
EDIT: SOLVED -- I went to Settings --> Apps and & notifications --> Apps --> Wear OS by Google --> Permissions --> Phone --> [enable switch] and now I am getting on screen notification, rings, and vibration on the watch.
-- Related: It is constantly telling me "Power intensive app found. Wear OS is consuming power in the background."
At this point, Android Wear (or Wear OS, or whatever they are calling it this hour) is pretty much less useless.
