Question How do you test watch face during Play Store release? - Samsung Galaxy Watch 4

I am working on releasing a watch face through the Play Store and have set up internal testers. But when a tester tries the link for the release, it only shows that it’s “not compatible with this version”. Watches are paired to the phone so I am not sure what is wrong. I also noticed if you visit the link in a browser it works. I did opt in for Wear OS and have added the required screenshots. Has anyone run into this problem or have advice on how to fix it?

Double check that your release version supports all versions of GW4 (ie. Classic vs standard, 40mm vs 44mm, etc). Also check the "minimum API" level so that watches with older firmware are supported. That's where I would start anyway. If your testers are able to use the pre-release version, then compare the settings in studio. Sometimes it's as simple as forgetting to check a box. I have run into similar problems with other projects and it's usually something simple like that.

NOTE : This is a beta version of Device Frame Generator, looking to get some feedback and fix some bugs for the next release. If you do encounter some bugs, I would appreciate if you could open a new issue at https://github.com/f2prateek/Device-Frame-Generator/issues?state=open , but just a post on this thread (or twitter @f2prateek) would work as well. Thanks!
Known Issues :
* NONE!
I haven't been able to find any issues, so this is more or less the final version that will be published on the Play Store.
Since I re-wrote this form scratch, a couple of features are missing from the Play Store version, such as the ability to have or not have glare.
Quickly wrap your screenshots with device artwork, providing better context.
This android version allows you to generate screenshots through sharing in Android, as well as perform batch operations.
NEW FEATURES:
- Better notifications (and showing errors)

[APP][2.2+]Info Tool

A simple but powerful tool that shows your device specs and important information related.
I made it for anyone to quickly see and get their device's essential information displayed, but also I tried to keep it as simple as possible. I saw similar apps already in the store, but many of them are too bloated or tend to show useless information.
The purpose of putting it here is asking for testing it in several devices, and determine if it works as intended. If you have any issues using it with any specific device (phone or tablet), please let me know so I can fix it as soon as possible (post in the comments).
Currently the app has ads, but this is only for testing purposes as well. I will see to get rid of them (or making it them less intrusive) in future versions.
It has translations for both english and spanish.

Android Software Survey Software

Hi
Recently wrote and launched today some free software that enumerates all the Android devices submitted to the app.
It uploads some (anonymous) information on your hardware build and downloads the complete list of hardware seen (and ordered by popularity).
It was a weekend project thought may be helpful and useful to android curious people
Pictures only show the first four devices added as just launched today.

Basically can give us an idea of all the hardware out there.

Contains NO advertising or spyware crap very simple lean and mean.. simply adds up all devices submitted. Only requires internet PERMISSION and that is simply used to push your phone data once and pull the database whenever you need it.
Hoping by people using this we can build a full and complete picture of Android devices worldwide.
Any help on the project appreciated will place the code on github in the next few days.

[APP][4.2+][APK] UKTV Player (Dave, Really & Yesterday) - UK Only

Almost exactly 2 years after releasing the iOS Dave on Demand app, UKTV (owners of Dave, Really, Yesterday and some more channels that aren't included) have finally released the UKTV Player Android app
Unfortunately, this very quiet launch was matched with a really bad range of devices that work with it. 4.2 - 4.4 are supported on the Play Store. They set a upper limit. Why?
Still, the APK works on 5.0 perfectly fine, however, you must disable your ad blocker first if you use one or (ironically) only the ads load and not the programme.

Android supports a variety of features an app can leverage through platform APIs. Some features are hardware-based ( such as a sensor ), some are software-based ( such as app widgets ), and some are dependent on the Android version. Not every device supports every feature, so it's needed to control an app's availability to devices based on app's required features.
This is done by Google if you try download app via Google Play Store to your Zenfone device.
