Question Bluetooth keeps turning on and off by itself - Samsung Galaxy Watch 4

Recently purchased galaxy 4 watch. Paired it with my s10 and found out connectivity issue.
Bluetooth keeps turning on and off by itself on my watch. Switched it off, but it keeps turning on. Connection with phone is unstable.
Tried to reset and pair again, installed all the possible updates, tried to clear the galaxy app cache, wipe cache partititions on my watch, turned off location both on phone and watch, but with no success.
Any suggestions, except for taking it to service ?
Thanks

No notifications after reconnection of watch

I have been successfully using an S2 sport and then switched to a classic with no problems on either watch. I use a Nexus 6 running AICP, an LP ROM based on Cyanogenmod. Yesterday a totally new problem emerged: After the watch disconnects from Bluetooth and then reconnects it no longer will receive notifications of any kind from the phone. Note that I do not use WiFi connectivity, just Bluetooth. All other communication with the phone like weather or incoming phone notifications still work after a reconnection.
If I light reset the watch and then restore the data I will get all notifications again so everything is set correctly on the phone and the watch. I then tried the following steps to see if I could fix the problem:
Uninstalled/reinstalled all Gear apps from the phone with no change in behavior.
Factory reset the watch with no change in behavior.
Uninstalled/reinstalled all Gear apps from the phone and factory reset the watch with no change in behavior.
Turned the watch off/on with no change.
Went back to the last nightly build of my ROM that I know was working correctly with the same behavior.
I can't think of anything else to do to try and fix the problem, anybody have any other ideas?
I did discover that once the watch stops receiving notifications, I can just restore the data without doing the light reset to reestablish notifications. It will be really annoying once I get back to work because I routinely walk away from my phone and the watch becomes disconnected. Having to restore the phone data in order to receive notifications will be problematic.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Fred
Edited in 2015-12-21 - Solved Problem, Very Strange
So it turned out that the problem is that I switched the band to one of the nylon bands that loops under the watch (I like those because they are very light and indestructible). You would think the problem would be charging the watch with one of those bands that goes behind the watch but that was not a problem. However, something about the different stress pattern caused by the band on the watch case caused the watch to not accept notifications. Other communications worked fine and it would work if I reset the watch. When I did all the debugging described above I left the watch on my wrist.
However, just for a lark I took the band off today and everything worked as it should.
The original strap still work perfectly.
Go figure.

I may have a similar issue on my S2 with AT&T numbersync enabled (paired to a stock S5 active) where notifications stop appearing on the watch for apparently no reason. I have the sport watch with the stock band though. I've done a light reset twice so far. It might be related to the bluetooth reconnecting. I'll have to try it out a few times to see. Thanks for the info on doing restore data to get notifications working again. Much better than a light reset.

Galaxy Gear S3 and S9+ - Reactivation Lock Issues

Hi guys,
For some reason my Gear S3 stopped pairing randomly with my phone.
I rebooted the watch and nothing.
Reset the watch and now it wont go past the Reactivation Lock (expected - in hindsight I'd have switched it off.)
Now I cant get the watch to connect to the phone or WiFi or anything. Its just sits there saying processing and then states that theres no network connection.
Does anyone know how to reconnect when recativation lock is in place. This has rendered my £300 watch to a bracelet.
not happy. I've googled this but no guides to resolve the issue.
Cheers,
GG
it connect normally if you use same Samsung account that one has locked the watch. Otherwise it is an issue with BT phone or watch but not related to activation lock. Delete BT watch device on phone to retry. If phone see the watch and Gear Manager detect the watch all is right. If not it is BT issue on phone or watch. Try new phone ?

Bluetooth turns off an on by itself

Hello guys!
After the latest update my exynos S10e started to randomly turn BT off and than right back on. It also does it if I tap scan.
I already did: wipe cache partition, cleared cache of BT, turned battery ssving options off, messed with developer options like gabeldorsche, tried safe mode, I even factory resetted it, nothing helps, same behavior.
Bootloader version has changed, so no way to flash back old firmware (thank you samsung!).
I noticed this because the phone will lose connection to my car's BT after a couple of minutes. Interestingly, the connection is never lost during phone calls over BT, but the moment I hang up, the error message appears on my car's dash. And no it's definitely not the car. It worked with this phone and it still works perfectly with other phones.
Could this be hardware related? Phone is of course 1 month.out of warranty.

Question Problem with watch

Hi guys,
I'm currently experiencing problems with mt watch. I cleared it from bluetooth. So now when i pair to the watch it shows up twice iny bluetooth list. Once with a headphone and once with a regular bluetooth icon.
I can only connect to the headphone one. Also when i try to connect it trough Galaxy wearable it doesn't connect. I tried turninf developer mode on and off on both devices. I also tried rebooting both of em multiple times and toggle bluetooth on and off.
I tried reinstalling galaxy wear app but didnt work. I also dont wanna wipe all my data from the watch by pressing "Add new device"
Im on Xiamo Poco x3 Pro MIUI 13. And watch is base firmware and stuff. Please can someone help me out? Thanks !
Try a network reset.
Wearables needs all it's permissions enable and Google play Services enabled.
It can be a pain...

It's quit the menace when it behaves like this.
Make sure all the Samsung apps have all their permissions or it will puke on you. Try clearing the data in the Samsung apps or reinstalling them. The network reset option doesn't always work but it's nice when it does. Try clearing the system cache if that's an option.
If you do a factory reset without finding the root cause, it's likely to reoccur... not recommended.
First you need to go into your phone 's blue tooth and remove the two watch connections. Once you have done this, you need to use the Wear app to connect the watch. If it will not connect, then try clearing the cache and data for the wear app and then repairing the watch via the Wear app.

Update: Yea i eventually reset the watch and tried pairing it again. After a few failed tries i got trough the initial process and was able to pair it. Took me around two hours to set it up completely. on the plus side; i feel battery is lasting longer ! Thank you all for the help tho !
Good to hear.

Gear S3 Frontier disconnects after an hour

Hi I have a Gear S3 Frontier to connect it to my phone I have to clear the cache on the wearable app on the phone and restart the phone. Then it all works fine for about an hour, it disconnects again and I'm back where I started.
I have changed phones since the problem started.
I have reset updated and reinstalled everything I can think of.
Any ideas?
