GM21AA internal wifi monitor mode on Nethunter? - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

Apologies for asking here rather than the kali forum (the moderator hasn't updated anything in 2 weeks), but does Nethunter on the OnePlus 7Pro (GM21AA) allow monitor mode on the internal wifi? I know I can attach an external wifi like an Alfa, but I was wondering if it was necessary.

i want to know this to

[Q] XOOM external USB Wifi adapter.

I've looked and saw something similar but don't remember the search criteria. History: I once had a Chinese tablet that worked as desired. I used a USB WLAN adapter that overrode the internal wifi and worked. Is there something I can do to have my XOOM recognized my external usb wifi adapter. (I am rooted with ICS 4.03 with a OTG adapter)

I believe the information you are looking for in in the Xoom Android Development section. The tread is called "Tegra Hardware and Feature Implementation ". Drivers and further enhancements to the kernel can be found on the first post.
That was informative, now to figure out how to install it. I am just getting started doing this stuff.
External USB Wifi
First I don't want to do any testing on network security, I barely know how to turn on my XOOM.
What I looking for is a way to use my external USB Wifi adapter with my XOOM to increase the range of reception when I'm on the lake too far from my home wifi.
I want to be able to disable the internal wifi and then attach the external USB Antenna.
Developers, I know where the donate button is. Just need some help with this issue.
I don't want to install BT5.
Or if this has all ready been done please give me the link because after hours of searching, I can't seem to find the solution.

nethunter internal wifi (without external wifi adapter)

Hey Guys,
I wonder if i can use the internal wifi from OTO for pen tests like wifite... because most of the post i see for kali are based on external wifi adapter...
Thanks.

how to test wifi security with android.

what app can i use to see if my WiFi password is crackable or not ? thanks
depends on what chipset your phone has, or what chipset your external uses (if you have an external you would know the answer to your original question)
run kali linux with a working wifi adapter, it is alot easier to run it on a laptop than a phone, also more effective

Nexus 5 charges slowly, no more MTP/PTP/USB tethering post 6.0.1

Hi all, I noticed that in Marshmallow Google moved the options for MTP/PTP into developer options, which is kind of odd. One explanation I saw online is that it's because of adoptable storage making it not possible to access the SD card files over USB and and on the phone, which makes no sense because a) that's why we switched to MTP in the first place and b) Nexuses don't have SD card slots. But OK, fine, they moved the setting for some reason, probably just a mistake making it into the release build. But now after flashing stock 6.0.1 and rooting via SuperSU, USB connectivity to a PC does not work at all, no adb, no MTP, nothing. Tested on two different laptops, Linux and Windows. Even charging is slower (it literally says "charging slowly" on the lock screen) and I can't access files or use USB tethering. Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone know of a fix?
Posting here because while I no longer use ROMs, I feel like people here tend to know about random issues like this more.
Thanks!
