I have a Huawei Mate 30 Pro with Android + EMUI: 11.0.0.196
Use my huawei apk chinesse and click in red arrow black icon ... in link appear HarmonyOS2 puch blue botton and enter in my update phone and say that "my software is up to update"
Where is the problem? Is it possible that doesn´t work in global phones?

i got the problem that i accidentally deleted every thing on my huawei honor.
Now i can only get pink and blue screen mode. I already tried to install android again with files from the huawei site. but the bar stops at a quarter. i already tried to update without battery but log files still says this.
dload_sd_ram_data_proc->(retry >= DLOAD_RETRY)

my phone reboot was required, when he did that he never startet up at all.. i cant put the phone off,
i tried vol up, down & pow button, but its the same as i do only the pow butt.. start up text huawai ascend with red A
and nothing happends..
i was running B512 official firmware since yesterday and he worked fine
i hope i can use my phone again :'(

firmware: 4.4.2 kitkat
my problem started before 2 days ago
when the brightness get full the screen turn to black or turn off
when i open it , screen been like a flash light ( open for one second )
i try to format the phone but i can't in company logo it frozen or not open
and i can't find any way to make a firmware with pc
any Suggestions

Hey, my Huawei Mate 10 lite is blocked on the logo screen. I tried to do the fast recovery using HiSuite, but it returns that "getting package info failed". Can anyone advice me what to do? Thanks in advance.
