Google Voice Integration With Dialer

There is an option in the GV setup to be able to play messages from the dialer. I enabled it but still can't see any. Called and left myself a few messages to test. Is this a bug or have I got to do something else?

That's the setting. But doesn't seem to work (i.e. dialer looks the same). No option for messages that I can see.

I'm under the impression that once you receive a VM you are able to play it from the dialer. I just left myself a VM and it seems to be working for me...once i select the contact I have a missed call from I can listen to the message.

[Q] Hangouts/Phone Contacts

My question is: how do you manage your contacts(how do you put you contacts number), and how do you use then in Hangouts.
I`m asking this because i have a lot of problems with SMS default app and Hangouts sms

As you can see here, 347262 is the ending of Buno contact number, and Bruno, is correctly listed below, with pictures and everything.

And inside of one of the incorrect messages, the name is right, and the number, as I puted in contacts...
What is happening? All my numbers have this format now: +55 99 9999-9999, otherwise, hangouts just won`t show any contact info, it is just for me that this happens?

Facebook messenger on android video or voice call disabled while using VPN

I'm using Vultr and Linode self-hosted VPN located in Japan, on my phone Oneplus 6 with the latest Facebook Messenger app, voice or video call button disappear.
When I use Singapore or US VPN or without VPN (location: Taiwan) , everything works perfectly. Why did this happen?
Any way to fix or get in touch with Facebook?
