[T-Mobile] poor service after international firmware flash - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

Last year, I was able to pay off the device and unlock the bootloader/unlock my sim.
Promptly flashed the international firmware, started using dual-sim, everything was fine.
Over time, it seems that my service, for both calling and data, has gotten worse and worse.
Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have troubleshooting tips/thoughts?
I've already replaced both SIM cards with new ones, cleared cache, been on SkyDragon kernal and Arter97 Kernel.
Stock international ROM, nothing custom, rooted.
Edit: I'm on Oxygen OS 10.3.8.GM21AA

Flashed Phone, now data isn't working

I flashed my Xperia T (LT30P) today to a firmware version of ICS 4.0.4 after updating software the other day (5/31) to jellybean 4.1.2 Now, my phone isn't picking up data nor showing up as 4G LTE. The firmware I used was 7.0.A.1.303 Vodafone. I have tried a factory restore with no success. I live in America and the firmware was UK if that makes a difference. I visited at&t today to resolve the issue. They told me that the network is functioning fine and tried my sim card in a different phone, which worked fine. So, is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance for helping.
It does make a difference if you used UK firmware on an American phone. Since the UK communicates on a different frequency than the US, the two are not compatible. The only option would most likely be to reflash your phone using a different ROM, or flash it back to stock.

stock CM11 'Insert SIM Card', custom CM12 (and others) works fine

Got my new 64GB OPO a few weeks ago. It shipped with the oddball 28K stock and I've never gotten updates. So...
I've been trying to completely downgrade / stock flash my 64GB OPO starting with 22R. Everything works absolutely fine EXCEPT every signed CM11 (22R through 44S) I flash with fastboot I get no cellular signal (tmobile, works great otherwise) and an 'Insert Sim Card' error. If I flash anything with TWRP (ie custom CM11 / CM12 nightlies / Miui / OxygenOS / ColorOS / whatevarom) things work exactly as they should.
This isn't a sim card issue (tested my sim on another phone (works), tested another sim on my phone (doesn't work) - both results as expected). I also don't think it's a hardware issue with my phone as I do get cell service with every other custom rom I've flashed. I'm just not getting any sort of connection if I flash stock signed One Plus images. Maybe there was a hardware revision at some point? Maybe that's the reason for the 28K? [However there don't seem to be any full signed 28K stocks, and it didn't get updates when I had it to begin with, hence this whole quest]
Sacrilege I know, but I don't want root or custom recoveries or any of that stuff anymore. I just want regular OTA updates when they occur and a phone that I know is stock.
Ideas?

Will not make or receive calls on AOSP roms when on LTE

I bought this phone recently and immediately jumped into the rom scene to see what stock roms I could load up. I have tried Ressurection Remix, Carbon, and Lineage. All three of them refuse to make or receive calls when I'm on LTE; from what I understand from searching through the forums is that it might have something to do with VoLTE. I tried to disable it via build.prop but nothing changed and as I mentioned prior attempted to install other roms. I'm going back to stock for now because it makes little sense to only run the phone on 3G only in fear of missing calls.
Model: FRD-L14
Carrier: MetroPCS (It shares the same network as T-Mobile)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly your best bet would just to stick with stock for now until the main Developers get more things fixed because no custom ROM supports VoLTE and there have been numerous reports that T-Mobile has a problem with custom roms.

SM-G920W8 Thinks it's an SM-G920F!

Hi! Needing help & advice please. I have an S6 SM-G920W8 purchased new from Telus many years ago. I have rooted and installed different ROMs on it. The last time that the ‘Phone side of it worked was on:
S6 SM-G920W8 7.0.0
Build : NRF90M.G920W8VL5DHQ1
I recently tried to install (After a Total Wipe In TWRP 3.2.1) NexusOS-8.1.0-Zerefltecan-2018-02-15-1030.zip & politely get informed that my 920W8 if now a 920F!
I now install (After another total wipe) zerofltexx 8.1.0 etc.. versions of the same ROM. This installs & works with no problems excepting the phone. No carriers SIM detected.
I thought I would load the modem from the NRD90M BU.This now sees my SIM but detects Bell as the Carrier but does not let me find Virgin, my carrier. The phone now dials out, allows calls, in but no speech is heard either end? (I know Bell & Virgin are inter-related!)
So, in a nutshell, I have a 920W8 that thinks it’s a 920F. When I restore my NRD90M BU all is well.
Anyone any ideas please as I’ve exhausted my little knowledge of wiping partitions, resetting & Factory Restores etc. My phones in denial/confused & needs a session with a doctor!!!! HELP!
I think you've flashed the wrong TWRP version. That's why you get the error message.

T-mobile G7 Power on Verizon MVNO

Hello,
I recently got a G7 power T-mobile variant and was trying to get it working on safelink wireless a Verizon mvno. I have it network unlocked and bootloader unlocked and have been able to flash custom roms and my sim is detected but I can't seem to get any calls texting or data on it. I've been perusing the forum here reading everything I can on the issue and feel like I'm 90% of the way there but missing something. For anyone that has gotten Verizon working on their T-mobile G7 please help with how you managed to do it.
I flashed RR and then the Verizon modem but that didn't work. I'm going to try flashing back to stock T-mobile to see if I can get some connectivity.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
I have already flashed a custom rom to my phone that hasn't had connectivity and the issue is that the custom rom you flashed to your phone doesn't have your regional code for ur area and the tz.mbn file needs to be updated with your area's cod or just re-flash another custom rom because it's rare on how many times I have had to erase completely re-installed new and different Operating Systems to my phone just to learn and try different Roms and only twice have I got a Rom that doesn't support my data.
So just try a different rom from RR and it should be able to work? Should I do a comletely clean install like, wipe system then flash or flash stock rom, then do custom rom over the top?
