You could just go to the Application Manager and disable the bloat yourself without needing to go through this 3rd party software stuff.

You could disable apps like whats new, xperia lounge. App manager wont let you disable certain system apps. Yea sure you could do it thru adb. I think this is just easier.
I've been using Titanium Backup to uninstall bloatware. It deletes system apps too if you're rooted.
Is there a list anywhere of apps it's safe to uninstall? Some are obvious but things like Album could be tied to the camera and stuff.
Hello everyone, I just got a new Mate 30 Pro. I love the device so far, and have been in the process of debloating it. I use Signal as my default messaging app, and I am looking to remove Huawei's messaging app from my phone. However, I don't know the package name, nor do I know if its safe to do so. I am hoping that one of you have the answers I am looking for. Thanks!
Why don't you just change the default message app in settings ? At least you wont delete the wrong app.

Well I try to minimize bloat. If they would have let me disable the app, it would be enough.

Are you tired of your phone having to much bloatware ?
Do you want a solution for your problem ?
What do you think if I told you that there is a solution
An app
That can "remove" the bloatware from your device in seconds ?
And restore it with a single click?
No root required
Nothing else needed after you download this app
Only give it the permission it need and just be careful with what you remove
How does it work
To my understanding
It disable the app you chose from admin you are using
The app still take space
But
No background service from it
Not showing on your apps
Like it doesn't exist anymore on your device
And you can restore it with all the data it have with single click
The app link
Package disableder pro for samsung
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kinder.pksafety
The app is paid
Another link direct download
https://dlandroid.com/package-disabler-pro-samsung-apk/
Please* : if you can afford to purchase the app*** ........* DO IT .** IT REALLY DESERVES IT
There is another version for LG devices
Tested on
Samsung S9+ android 10
Samsung* E7 android 5.1
What i disabled is in attachment
So, this basically does the same thing as disabling apps in settings?

You can disable everything with that app. Very helpful if don't have root.
May I ask what the app is for LG? I personally don't like LG phones but my bff is a fan and always complaining about the bloatware.
Hello,
My play store keep changing from do not update apps to auto update on wifi.
I have several app that i keep on old version.
How can i block playstore from changing this setting automatically
Thanks for help guys
Playstore is a bloody pain.
Set to auto update to wifi only and disable wifi.
Use ApkExport to copy your apps so you have them.
exactly a real pain... always switching the setting on after set up all stuff.
looking for a solution or a workaround to disable this or disable my apps from auto update

Disable Playstore or Google Play Services (Playstore is dependent on it).
Both constantly running in the background... needed or not.
You will need Google Play Services though for Gmail and other apps occasionally during the day.
Use a firewall to block it.
Use a package disabler.
I use both...
oh thanks will do that on play store. Any good app freezer you recommend ?
For phones other than Samsung this might work:
"Owner App" version from
Home - Package Disabler
The only NON-root solution that let’s you disable any unwanted packages that come pre-installed / installed with your phone / tablet.

Karma Firewall from Playstore

I'm not sure what's causing that. I can package disable Playstore, firewall block it and it's settings are the same after it's enabled again.
If it's data on the phone is getting cleared on reboot that could do it... 3rd party cleaner or power management.
I don't use Playstore much and all my apps/updates are backed up for reload.
In part because you can't get older versions on Playstore (if the app doesn't disappear entirely) and because Playstore downloads are a slow, tedious pain that use up too much time when reloading.

Search up "package name viewer" on the Google Playstore to get an app that lets you see the name of packages.
