Does anyone have a note 10.1 and a Samsung tv soundbar with bluetooth/wireless. Im thinking about buying a soundbar but was wondering if you could stream from the note to the soundbar, also what is the sound quality like?
i was thinking of buying the HW-E551 46". it has bluetooth where the some dont, and a review on the samsung site says streaming via bluetooth works for phones/tablets unsure of the sound quality though!
ok thats cool then, cheers. I have the Samsung d8000 46" and the note works well with, but now my only draw back is the sound quality from both devices. So I thought are these bluetooth sound bars up to scratch
That's a great question! I have a Bluetooth samsung soundbar at home, but I won't be home for a week and a half to check it out. The HDMI sound is excellent given the soundbar's size. But I have not tried it with Bluetooth yet. I don't know the model number off hand, it would be great if it had apt-x, but I doubt it does.
I'm really happy with my new Nexus 5.
What i figured out - compared to my old Galaxy S4 - the Bluetooth Voice quality is really crappy.
I use BT only in my car, but the sound is horrible. Either for my side and also for opponent side.
Am I the only one with that issue?
Any idea how i could fix/improve it ?
What brand/model receiver are you using? I haven't had any complaints from people when talking through my JVC receiver and people sound good to me.
Fiscon Bluetooth Module fully integrated in my 2009 Audi A4. (basically it is the original Audi BT module)
With my Galaxy S4, voice quality is briliant. Not so with the Nexus 5.
The website for klipsch mentions 'Hi-Fi Bluetooth wireless technology (A2DP + aptX®) for lossless audio quality'
Now I know that aptx hasn't been standard in the nexus devices. A2dp has always worked though. Does anyone have insight into the headphones that may have used them or other knowledge.
Has anyone used any Bluetooth 5 or aptX HD bluetooth head phones with this device yet? I am needing some in ear bluetooth headphones but not really seeing anything on either of these two now that they are available/enabled on our devices. I know there are not really many options yet but curious if there are any early adopters that can give some insight
Anyone have any reviews? Looking for good audio quality but really not wanting to spend money if there really isnt much improvement.
8.1 (I think) brought aptX HD compatibility. I have a bluetooth headset that connects with aptX HD and it works fine.

8.1 has aptX for sure. Don't have aptX HD headphones, but pretty sure it works too! I got Major II headphones (aptX) and the sound is great if you ask me.
/\ Interesting, thanks for the screen grabs. I didnt realize LDAC was available on non-sony devices. I may have to include them in my headphone search.
My Sony WH-1000XM2 work mighty fine with LDAC on the PH-1.

glad to hear that, ill be checking out some of their in ear versions. I want something i can be a bit more active in vs full on/over ear but happy to have another higher quality option to look into
Apt X HD isn't a brand new codec like some people here seem to think but it's more widely supported on Android Oreo. I have used Bluetooth headphones on this phone with Apt X, Apt X HD and SBC. The Bluetooth version the headphones use is more important than the codec. Bluetooth headphones with Apt X and BT 4.1 are far preferable to ones with Apt X HD and BT 4.0. Don't buy any BT 4.0 headphones even if they seem like a fantastic deal or they get great reviews. BT 4.1 transmits data far more quickly than 4.0 and is much better suited for listening to music. BT 4.0 is also susceptible to interference from the phone's data signal and other sources. That's much less of an issue with 4.1.

Well so far these sound the most interesting, bluetooth 4.1 but they support all of these formats: SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD, LDAC
Would let me play around and listen for which sound best to my ears
I just got the EarStudio ES100 which has dual DACs and supports AptX HD so you can use any of your favorite wired phones with it. If you want don't need the dual DACs, there's plenty of AptX HD receivers on Amazon as well.
LG Tone Platinum HBS-1100 support APTX-HD. They have been working great for me. 10 hour battery life and great sound quality.
Hi all,
My Phone :Redmi K20 Pro (Android 10, MIUI 11)
My BT Earphones : Soundcore Spirit X2 (bit .ly /39cIMH8)
My Friend's BT Earphones : Tagg Inferno (bit .ly /2vGCli5)
I'm hoping you guys have goggled the Specs of both the earphones. I personally feel Spirit X2 is a better product than the Inferno considering the Tech Specs.
I have done little research myself and came across these terms. Aptx, AptxHD, Aptx LL. My understanding is that, Aptx LL gives the least latency among the other codecs and to my surprise there are very few BT Earphones that come with Aptx LL Support. (sennheiser momentum TWS being one among such few)
My BT Earphones supports Aptx and my Friend's BT Earphones also supports Aptx. (only aptx in both cases) I Used to have Soundstream h2GO TWS. (Worthless Product with no Aptx)
These h2GO TWS (amzn. to/3dlJtBl) gave latency while playing Pubg Mobile and I thought it was normal. But when my friend said he was not experiencing such latency issue with his BT Earphones, I tested his BT Earphones with my phone and genuinely there wasn't any latency.
I bought Soundcore Spirit X2 under the presumption that they will give low latency (while playing Pubg) just like my friend's, since they come with Aptx Support. However my new BT Earphones (Spirit X2) is giving latency just like any other BT Earphone.
I tested many times. Infact I did most test runs an average techie person would do. (trying the pair over several phones, trying my friend's pair over several phones)
Tagg Inferno hadn't given latency on any phone that was compatible with aptx codec. But mine just sucked.
What I would like to know is - in what way his BT Earphones are different to mine? Why are his BT earphones not giving latency and mine giving latency while playing Pubg Mobile despite both having Aptx. Mine has better specs than his. (Bluetooth version.... and maybe few other)
I'm also attaching screenshots of the Specs.
One last thing, Tagg Inferno has this CSR Chipset Technology. Will that have any bearing on my Question? ?
