Where Did u find this program?I can't find it in marketplace
prefixo automatico is portuguese=automatic prefix
After I de-branded and updated it...it was there..now I cant get rid of it
That's because you used the Brazilian Generic Version.

Bingo, it's not debranded. Hence the big CLARO startup screen and stock Brazilian apps. It's a faster FW but in my experience the battery has been very poor.
If that is the case where do get a unbranded X10a Firmware I can load? But btw I dont have a Claro logo...no logo at all

You have the unbranded Brazilian Version, dont worry. Prefixo Automatico is an app included in the REGIONALAIZED version, not BRANDED.
This means SE included that as part of the firmware for the Brazilian consumers, and not by a Carrier specific settings/mods.
I understand you, its annoying to have an app you don't use and can't delete. But if you want to use the most up-to-date firmware that's the price you have to pay.
Cheers!
Just received an unbranded new 920F that is on C0I9 firmware and appears to be from the UAE. Sammobile shows a QOLK from TIM Italy dated Jan 4 2016.
What is the latest firmware I need without getting carrier specific bloat installed (if possible). I don't want UAE firmware.
Thanks!

Thanks.. Is this branded to a French network with boot logo and bloatware? I'm so confused with with these international versions. Also, how will future updates be delivered? I'm on AT&T.

Hi. Yeah...I'm using international versions now as well. You can get updates via Kies...but I've noticed some regions get updates faster and at different times. I've found just keep track of unbranded and Odin them when u feel like upgrading. My phone was originally UAE...I just turned it into DDE (German) OK2 firmware. Runs great....ZERO bloat. It's awesome. I'm on TMO
France XEF gets fast updates trust me, and about bloadtwares it's good enough for me so is for u i hope, and no special boot logo only the original
cheers
I am unable to flash any firmware with odin without error, can you help?

It can't be done. Sorry

I live in Italy and you suggest me to keep it with the Korean version or send it back to the seller and get a refund?
Have a nice day

There shouldn't be an issue with the Korean version. Just debloat it with adb and you'll be good.
thanks ,
the seller told me that in addition to Korean bloatware there is also a booting logo, whit adb can i deblot also booitng logo? (i don't know this adb program i never used it)

No you can't debloat the booting logo, but it's literally just a boot logo. Not like you can customize it with European firmware
thanks, but how i can do if as you told i can't flash european firmware on V500N version

?? I said you can't change boot logo. Just use app inspector to find packages that you want to uninstall and debloat with adb.
thank you,
but neither in the future will it be possible to flash the European firmware on the V500N?
the two phones have identical hardware the korean model only has the extra digital tv

They don't have identical hardware because there's regional hardware locks that prevent cross flashing. They are tiny fuses which can theoretically be blown somehow in 9008 mode but that requires the firehose.
thank's you for your help
did you know how to make the USSD running ?.... in my country i need USSD to work so i can refill the balance...

yes it can be done with crossflashing method
use this tutorial for crossflash
[Tutorial] Crossflash, Bypass OPID Mismatched Error
Hi there ;) Thanks to all other guys here who have made helpful development to tame this beautiful =) To crossflash models other than LG G8 please read post 3. Before asking any question please read the troubleshooting section at the bottom of...
forum.xda-developers.com
5G setting not available after crossflash v500n to v500em, I crossflashed korean version to european via TWRP, everything is working perfect except 5G, 5G is missing in settings, maybe need flash modem partition from korean android 10 KDZ via QFIL ? I tried enable 5G bands via service menu but cannot save changes, got error save failed.
P.S. after crossflashing to android 11 5G available in settings.

Hey there! Please can you let me know the procedure of how to do the cross flashing thing... I am new to the LG flashing scene. ( used to have a MI K20 device in the past ). Sold it and got the LG V500N, but I don't like the look of the Korean apps on my phone which is literally of no use to me, and I really want to go to the ( global - otherwise European version so badly ). It would be really great if you could guide me on how to do the tasks. Thanks in advance!!

Hello, if you still need I can help you. Send me a message and we'll talk. I did this procedure already 3 times in my V50N, I went from the Korea KT version to the Korea Global, losing 5g and Simcard option and battery loss.
Today I will try to return to Pie to have greater autonomy. With A11 it is giving me almost 5 hours of screen, little for its 4,000 mAh.
My English is terrible, use google translate, I'm Chilean.

How is the network situation? Can you tell me in brief the procedure?
Hello fellows
So my issue is a bit long so sorry for that
I got this phone 3 days ago
S908N KTC Unlocked ( I live in Middle East and the SIM is working just fine )
I didn't know that this was a branded phone from KTC, I thought it was unbranded KOO
So right now I want to change the firmware to KOO to get rid of the KTC Boot animation and the KTC bloatware/settings
So how should I do that ? Just flash the KOO firmware using Odin? do I need to change csc? is that risky and may trigger Knox and block the phone ?
and after that can I just flash like the middle east firmware ?
Thank you in advance and sorry for taking too long
I'm attaching a screenshot of the CSC and software version of service provider
Use samkey. Pay for a key then change your csc using it

Yes, but some users already tried and it worked. I remember reading one or two days ago about exactly this...it says it is not supported but it works. I recall it was an Exynos device not SnapDragon but should work the same

Thanks for confirming
At least it appears possible to root it and maybe install a custom rom.
I assume that only the rom builders might be able to create a solution for the N version as an installation option in a rom.
However they might not be motivated due to the small number of people having the N versions. Unless of course a few of us agree to contribute in the form of a donation, then maybe a developer can play around and make it happen. What do you think?

well, I'm not really planning to root as this will trip knox.
Any news on changing KTC to KOO? I rooted SM-S908N, installed app Phone INFO+ Samsung, but don't see a way to change CSC. It just sees KTC region. Chimera Tool also gives info SM-S908N is not supported device. So, is there any way to get KOO or at least get rid of KTC Boot animation and the KTC bloatware/settings?

any update, bro?
Sadly it seems like the Korean version of the phone will never get a different CSC... :/
I successfully changed KTC to KOO using Shell exploit method mentioned in S22 thread.
Also, yeah without root and without triggering knox.
