Does the unlocked OnePlus 8 support hotspot on Verizon? - OnePlus 8 Questions & Answers

I know that only a few phones allow hotspot features on Verizon, primarily iPhones. Can you use the hotspot feature of OnePlus 8 on Verizon's network?

[Q] MVNOs that support native WiFi calling (T-Mobile based)

I have an unlocked T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4. I would like to switch back to T-Mobile network, but on a cheaper plan (like MetroPCS, Walmart Family Mobile, GoSmart Mobile, etc...) Problem is T-Mobile coverage is non existent at my house but otherwise pretty good, so I rely on WiFi calling. I have a TouchWiz based ROM on it currently which did support wifi calling without third party apps on T-Mobile.
Does anybody know definitely what T-Mobile MVNOs support wifi calling? I've read conflicting information on it.

T-Mobile Now, T-Mobile+Sprint later?

From what I have read here, it looks like T-Mobile support for the OnePlus 6 today is very good. Band 71 is supported, as well as Wi-Fi Calling and VoLTE.
I've read about the lack of certification for Verizon and Sprint networks currently, but apparently the OnePlus 6 has CDMA support.
Of course it is just speculation at this point, but does anyone know of any reason why the OnePlus 6 would be unable to operate on the post-merger T-Mobile+Sprint network? I'm assuming if I buy a OnePlus 6 now, the merger would take place during the lifetime of the phone.
Yeah. But it would be probably years before everything merge together by then this phone would be out dated

The CDMA "support" is bands BC0 and BC1. There is no bands for US carriers. This will only work on CDMA networks in other countries if I understand this properly. I'm not totally sure about how the radios work but the OP5 didn't have the antennas included to add band 71 support for T-Mobile even though the modem itself had support for it. So, I'm not sure if support for the correct bands can be added in an update.

WiFi calling on SM-G930W8 (Canada version) s7 with Cricket cellplan

I have an unlocked SM-G930W8 (Canada version) s7, and I would like to do WiFi calling using Cricket as my carrier. Is that possible?
The Cricket website says:
"Note:*If you did not purchase your phone from Cricket but it is Wi-Fi Calling capable, you can still use your phone but Wi-Fi Calling will not work."
Cricket does not include the s7 in their list of WiFi calling capable phones. I was thinking one possible solution is to flash it with AT&T firmware because AT&T includes Wi-Fi calling on their s7's. Would that work?

Does wifi calling and hotspot work on T-Mobile (for the US version)?

Can someone who has the US version confirm if Wifi calling works on T-Mobile? And I'm not sure if hotspot is an issue too, but my wife's current phone is an AT&T unlocked LG V20 and hotspot doesn't work on T-Mobile. So just want to confirm.

ATT A515U on TMobile

Has anyone SIM unlocked an ATT A51 and is using it on TMobile? I want to switch from ATT to TMobile but when I go to check compatibility of the IMEI for BYOD It says that this phone does not support key features. Your phone doesn't support Extended Range LTE or Voice over LTE technology.
