I had Eagle Debloater which worked great on OOS 10.5.12
But i switched to A11 and now i'm looking for a way to remove those apps, to save battery.
Any chance?

Hi, im new to A/B partitions and PIE. I was Using OnePlus 3T before this. I have few questions.
1. Can i restore Titanium backup apps+data from Oreo to PIE?
2. Can i use magisk modules from Oreo?
3. Which modules are you guys using?
I wouldn't restore app data from Oreo to Pie. Personally I'm just running stock rooted, nothing more nothing less
1. Yes, titanium backups can be restored without any problem
2. Depends on the module. Check the module if it's compatible/updated for Pie.
3. Google Framework so i can use Google Dialer/Phone app. I'm also using Viper4Android module

Can u share the link for Pie? ive found some threads, but they support till Oreo.
Can you use Google framework on stable pie? I'm rooted with magisk on stable pie and I really want the Google dialer
Since I imagine there are a few EdXposed users out there and since you may be wondering if the new version works or not, I can report that it does for me.
I have stock Pie 10.0.8.0.
I upgraded Magisk to 19.1 (using Magisk Manager) just before I did this so I don't know if it works with Magisk 18.
I upgraded Riru Core from 17.1 to 18 (https://github.com/RikkaApps/Riru/releases/tag/v18).
I had been using EdXposed Installer (https://github.com/solohsu/XposedInstaller/releases/tag/Ed_v2.2.4) but apparently EdXposed Manager is newer? So I replaced the former with the latter (https://github.com/ElderDrivers/EdXposedManager/releases/tag/v4.3.2).
I installed EdXposed 4.1.2 (sandhook version) (https://github.com/ElderDrivers/EdXposed/releases/tag/v0.4.1.2).
I only have 1 Xposed module. No Play Games. It works (stops annoying nags from games that want Google Play Games when you don't have it installed).
I didn't try the YAHFA version of 4.1.2 (that's the hook method that previous releases use). Apparently sandhook is better and faster.
Apparently 4.1.2 adds resource hooking support which should enable more Xposed modules to work. I have a few I plan on trying (that did not work with 3.1.8).
Does snapchat work after installing it? And can we use all xposed modules with it?
I'm too old for snap chat.
In theory, EdXposed 4.x.x adds resource hooking so more extensions should work compared to the 3.x.x version.
There's a thread where people are reporting things that work or not.

If you want to try extensions I recommend having the mm tool so you can disable edxposed from twrp if it causes a bootloop.

I got OOS update for OB5 (currently I'm on OB4). I am using systemize magisk module to systemize Google Phone app, to use Call Screening.
If I update the firmware to OB5, would I lose all this config and would need to start from scratch or can I retain this current setup?
Thanks in advance

Disable all Magisk modules before updating and you can re enable them after the update is finished see this guide here for keeping root etc.

I'm considering buying this phone but if it lacks support for BASIC attestation would mean that hiding root would be impossible and hence the phone would be useless for me.

As of now with magisk 23.0 on Android 11 I'm able to hide everything g-pay all banking credit card apps working. Magisk is changing in Android 12 so I'm unsure. But I believe there are still some modules we can use to hide su access in magisk canary beta for 12.
There are several modules for Magisk that allow for basic. I have been using them since I bought the phone on release day, and have been able to use all apps. I would recommend sticking to Magisk v23 instead of the newer version, as hide has been removed (for now). You will get conflicting advice on this, and will most likely have to make a decision to move to a12 or keep hide down the line.
Lmk if you would like my list or modules.

I have no intention of ever updating to Android 12 so this won't matter. My oneplus 5T has been on Android 8.1 for years (mainly because I wanted that sweet sweet taste of the original rovo89 Xposed framework) and it has worked fine but it's clearly nearing the end of its life and has a slightly broken screen.
OP9 LE2110 with OOS 11.2.8.8.LE25BA rooted with Magisk 23. Working apart of banking app. G Pay is ok
Everything is working great with latest Magisk Alpha, Universal SafetyNet Fix and Zygisk enabled with Deny list (New MagiskHide)

Before reboot, run Magisk 24.3 and tell it to install to inactive slot. This should work because I was able to get Magisk working on C.62 by manually patching since I didn't have root at the time.
Beware if you have a single SIM device, it's going to think it has 2 SIMs, so you won't have mobile data until you flash this fix.
[TMO] OOS/COS DATA FIX
TO CLARIFY THIS IS A ROOT ONLY FIX After gaining root install given module. Data is now retained. Even after reboot(s). No empty slot or waiting. Issue is TMO variant is showing multi sim. So props were added to make it like a conversion to...

Also go make yourself an Oppo Cloud account and when it asks for HeyTap info, sign in with the username and password you create, otherwise trying to sideload some apps and some other system functions will be totally locked out.

I got frustrated and went back to OOS because COS is even more aggressive about killing background apps so I was missing a lot of notifications. The AOD wasn't even waking up for them and by default it was disabling notifications on any new app I installed so I had to manually go turn them all back on.
Thank you!
How about gaming experience ? I mostly play apex mobile. Is it any better than oos 11?

It seemed smoother than OOS12 to me but I don't like 11 and switched to 12 very quickly (I got my 9 in February) so I don't have a clear idea of that performance difference.
