Did you try to contact Verizon for this network problem ? If it's on their end the problem will be solved immediately.
This is a double post, the good one is here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-8/help/oneplus-8-uw-t4128769

I am trying to get my T-Mobile OnePlus 7 Pro carrier/SIM unlocked since I payed off the phone and am eligible for network unlock. T-Mobile included an app to do that but since I converted it that app got deleted. I chatted with their customer service and my menus are different from the T-Mobile Oneplus 7 Pro menus so I can't access the advanced Network settings to unlock it. Does anyone know what I can do, besides switching it back to T-Mobile ROM? I told them straight up that I switched the ROM to the international version and they said I would have to do a factory reset (which I'm assuming won't work becuase it doesn't reset the ROM) and I would lose all my settings and data if I don't back it up. There has to be a better way to do this. And I didn't see anything in the thread for converting that mentioned that this could be a problem.

I think you will have to revert to T-Mobile Rom via msm tool and then try to get it unlocked then return to international

god i hope not. i really don't want to have to deal with the pain of backing everything up and then reinstalling all my apps and settings again, that is going to suck.
So I bought a OP7P recently, as my 6T died from a bad fall. It shows GM1925, as it was a Sprint carrier phone and concerted to T-Mobile. However, I have some issues with not being able to turn off wifi calling and getting messages (could be a google issue). Looking at the firmware, it shows 10.0.5.GM25CC, or tmobile firmware.
Is it possible to unlock and make this a fully stock phone as if from OP direct? I believe that would be international, but dont want to say the wrong thing here. It's been a while since I've rooted or messed with bootloader's and such.
As long as it works on US Tmobile I'd be good to go. Thanks for any help!

Sprint MSMDownloadTool (UnBrick)
After lots of fighting with OnePlus about this, I finally managed to get my hands on the MSMDownloadTool and drivers for the Sprint variant of the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK! To be honest, I was EXTREMELY tired while writing...

Back to Sprint, then to international? Still not clear on what I'm looking at there.
Bump for any ongoing help. Still having issues with MMS when on WiFi and "unable to establish data connection" on WiFi as well (not always, which is the strange part). I also can't adjust my APN or turn on/off Vowifi/LTE.

Huh, you have selected 4G in the sim settings?
So here's the situation, after calling and getting thru to the correct representatives I have it activated for now. I can no longer switch between phones as it will suspend service because the phone apperantly uses 4g for data but NOT VOICE so when you try and activate the phone ie switch SIM card to other mate 30 pro it deactivates the SIM so you have to call and find out about atts sunsetting of 3g. Essentially screwing me over as I have 2 of these devises that apperantly not on the APPROVED list. Now I've got to come up with a way to get yet another new phone been a bad few days for me and this is the icing on the
