[Completed] Motorola v3xx

This is my goto site for my HTC Rezound, Nezus 7 and Sero 7 Pro, so I'm not sure if I can be helped here. But, I have an old Motorola v3xx that I want to use temporarily on Straight Talk. Its currently locked. I used the unlock device page on AT&T with no success. First they said info was wrong so I fixed that and then they said it was active on another account (not for over 4 years) unless they see that I used it to call on Straight Talk.
Anyway, call quality is great but no text or data. I can't make any changes to the settings I need because it is locked. Can anyone help unlock or tell me how to change data/text setting to work on Straight Talk until I can order my new OnePlus phone?

HI,
If you have the ATT SIM card Straight Talk any att phone work it does not have to be unlocked, you can transfer your existing cell phone number to Straight Talk.
If this does not work, except for a unlocked phone, I think we can do anything else for you. Really sorry

I appreciate the response. I can make calls with the straight talk sim installed but I can't use data functions or text. Not really a huge deal, but would have been nice.

[Completed] Oneplus one network issue

I purchased one in January and rooted to put Oxygen OS at the time of release. Everything was working fine until a week back I dropped the phone and the screen broke. I couldn't check the exact issue but since service centre people asked me literally 12k to fix it I contacted another know service person and got the screen fixed. From the time I got my phone the imei number is missing and I am not able to use my sim, when ever I insert my aim I get an error saying "error in searching for network". The sim works perfectly fine with other phones and on other oneplus one as well. To resolve this, I followed a post and re flashed my one plus one to stock again by fastboot. Now my phone recognizes its imei number but the network issue is still there. Once the network was registered and I was able to make couple of calla but that don't last more than a minute. I am not sure what to do at this point and any help would greatly be appreciated. I am from Bangalore, India and use Tata DoCoMo as my network.

Lost the imei from my note 5 tmobile

"imei repair" is not allowed on here but word on the street google is fair game.

Did you get it fixed? I had the same problem for the past 2 days. I was able to get it fixed by simply flashing N920TUVS5ERD1 with a sim in the slot. I don't think it needs to be a valid sim as I used one that's been out of service for months. if you're having any problems send me a pm, i'd be glad to help my nig

Hey, Thanks for the post, I was really lost with my cousin's Note 5, which i was trying to upgrade to 7.0 and lost the IMEI number and subsequently SIM network too. tried many ways but finally your ERD1 flashing worked for me too. Thanks BTW.

Oneplus 8 uw

Help I just got a OnePlus 8 uw and trying to use it on straight talk but not working. Was working before the guys factory reset it up now no service idk why it not working keep saying can't change network Carrier

OnePlus 8 5G UW on Visible Wireless

I've been offered a pretty good deal on the Verizon version of the phone, but I don't have an IMEI to run through Visible's compatibility checker. Their website lists the 8 and 8 Pro versions as being compatible but doesn't specify any exceptions.
I'm hoping someone has tried the Verizon version of the 8 on Visible and can chime in and tell me it works fine! I will of course run the IMEI once I have the phone in my hands, but I like to know what I'm getting into ahead of time.

Considering verizon owns visible, your probably fine. Give me a min and I'll run my imei through it.

You are awesome! Thank you for checking. I can buy the unlocked one, but I'd like to have the option for Verizon 5G if Visible offers it at some point or I switch back to Verizon.
You'd think that Verizon phones would have no problem working on Visible, but I have many and literally none of them work. My main driver is also a Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S and it works flawlessly on Verizon but will not even hint at connecting to Visible.

I bet if you where to put a visible sim in, then update your apn settings it would. Does the Xiaomi have a CDMA radio in it?

Yeah I've tried everything. Anything I could find that gave me a chance to get it working I tried, but no luck. My wife's iPhone is already on Visible so I've been using her SIM to test with.
It's ok though. I'm happy to upgrade to the new phone for a good deal, sign up for a cheaper plan and also gain the option for 5G.

I just heard visible is now supporting oneplus 8. It's now on their web site.
