I'm sharing this ROM. This doesn't belong to me and the credit goes to the developers.

ABOUT THE ROM
Android 7.
Based on MIUI 11
BUGS & HOW TO FIX THEM:
*Side button, can be fixed using the p2oggle (HERE)
*Quick charge
*Face Unlock
*System launcher crashes if English is set as default language. Russian, Turkish and others work flawlessly. 'Clearing system launcher does not help. (STABLE VERSION FIXES THIS)
* Flash light needs to be downloaded from google playstore. Does not work from slide bar.
(STABLE VERSION HAS BUILT IN TORCH)
Instructions:
*Use twrp 3.2.1 or equivalent. (TWRP without TREBLE support is needed) Check post 9
I used this recovery without any issues. It will format everything though.

*Remember before flashing ROM, everything will be formatted from your internal memory so be careful and make a backup!
*Download ROM
* Make Backups
*Make wipes including system. (your internal memory will be formatted as it does not support )
*Flash ROM.
* Magisk is included. You can flash 20.4 over it.
*gapps included. Do not flash GAPPS.
* Reboot
Wait 5 mins.
To enable Navigation bar, download build.prop editor and search "mainkeys". Default is 1. Set it as 0 for navigation bar.
FP gestures are enabled. You will need to enable fingerprint scanner for it to work!

MY SMALL REVIEW :
ROM is stable and very fast. I did not see any hangs or delay using nova launcher.
Battery life is very good.
Mi account, sync, hidden vaults etc all work flawlessly.
camera and video works flawlessly (including MI CAMERA)
Can be used as a daily driver
Rom boots in 20 seconds after a restart if not earlier.
Only thing I missed was picture in picture mode.
All features of MI work flawlessly!

I changed partation to F2FS to EXT4 and uses twrp 3.2.1 but stuck in bootloop

Dark mode can be turned on using different themes. (as seen in screenshots)
It's not exactly as you want but gets job done. However, it does not support full dark mode like android 10 or so. Maybe can be worked around with Substratum as on previous builds of MIUI.
For me, I do not have any battery drain or issues.
In MIUI , the system does take most of the battery but check SOT with last charge.
I get about 11 hours SOT with 2 days battery.
However, I have made some changes to battery management and other modifications.

The first link is a beta and the second is the stable build with some fixes.
Does it wipe internal memory? I'm on AOSIP 10 with ext4 partition not encrypted.

I tried with both > encrypted and non encrypted. Unfortunately it wiped both times.

Firstly,
* My brightness is about 20-30%. I have selected manual brightness.
*I have turned off sync of MIUI. It reminds me to sync manually every couple of days I think. so I sync manually from the reminder.
*Secondly, I do not have any useless apps which I do not use. I have like 40+ apps which I use and they are all installed.
*Apps which I do not use, I have frozen them using titanium backup from MIUI.
* Go to Settings > Battery& Performance >settings > App Battery Saver > Restrict background activity.
I have done this for all apps except the ones which are needed. Example > Uber is in restrict background activity as I only use it to book my ride and do not want it to run in the background but whatsapp / telegram and other apps are in battery saver / No restrictions. NO restrictions means you will get notification every time and not only when you open the app.
* Greenify > Using this to greenify everything except apps like whatsapp / telegram etc
*Using black background with black theme
These are all the changes I have used.
Let me know if you need something else.
Struck on bootloader. Even after flashing rom.
Edit: Working fine now. Miui is not as smooth as in redmi devices, maybe because its ported to an unsupported device

i 've enabled it , and it become brighter , but i have never used it , and i don't know how it changes the brightness

you can try to use v6 supercharger. it may help in keeping the dialer in memory. other than that i am too in the dark about this problem. but in my port the dialer opens quickly if its in memory and if not it takes like 2 secs. another option is to use excontacts app, its very much similar to miui dialer and in some case faster too.

in my rom it opens fast too , but if i try to dial a number , it freezes for a while and then you can press buttons normally

Install as any other ROM
Below guide is inspired from this CM13 post.
Unlock the Bootloader (Fastboot Mode = Vol. Up + Power)(Command: fastboot oem unlock)
* Flash a custom recovery (Command: fastboot flash recovery name.recovery.img)
Download AICP ROM and Open GApps (ARM64/7.1) and copy to the phone
Reboot to Recovery (Vol. Down + Power)
Do a Full Wipe (will delete everythings so make a copy of your file to the microSD card)
Flash AICP ROM
Flash GApps
Reboot the phone and wait (the first time will take a bit of time)
* Using twrp 3.0.2-0, there will be 2 red error lines when flashing - just ignore.

Looks good to me, even though I don't know the recovery. It should work, since it works for CM13.
However, you can try with the official twrp. That's the one I link to from OP.

on CM13 i'm experiecing problems with AUTO ROTATE screen.. is becoming a bit annoying !
I'd like to know if anyone experienced this problem with this rom, hopefully i'll have time to test it myself in the next days !

@Osleg reported rotating issue in the CM thread. I had it once on this ROM as well.
I was messing with stuff in "Developer options" and at a point the rotation totally broke. I wasn't able to revert the setting, so I flashed the ROM again and have not had the problem again.
I suspect the "Multi window mode" broke it, but it could be other things like a bad behaving theme.
Could you think of any specific changes you have made previous to your broken rotation ?
Aside from that, the build has been stable for me since 22. Feb.

I didn't make any significant change in &"developer" section and for sure I didn't touch the multi window thing.. yesterday I installed the new nightly but I still have same issue.. did you activate again developers mode?

Thanks. There may be something here on CMs Gerrit. We are not alone. Im thinking our v3.10 kernel or the vendor blobs are not yet able to cope 100% with MM and need some workarounds.
It will be fixed.

I don't know about moving apps yet. But you should be able to format the sdcard as ext4 and use it as internal data. I think you get the option to chose the first time you mount the sdcard. I'm sure there is a guide somewhere

2. Long press an empty area of the screen, chose settings. Disable search bar.
This rom is only getting better and better.

Just got the latest from apkmirror once installed it shows in play store then when you uninstall on play store you get the option to install the 5.x.x version which works fine. I think the 6.x.x version is for the nexus at the moment.

Open gapps, whichever you want, just make sure it's 6.0 that you're downloading.

Thanks ajsmsg78! ROM working good so far! Push working great! GPS... I'll let you know in a few days! Battery seems to drain a little faster. Not a big deal here... No double tap to wake options? Don't really need it... Phone is very stable!

I couldn't get dt2w working so I removed it from the framework. It's something with the kernel and that's where my extreme lack of kernel knowledge shows
There are actually a few apps in the play store where you can use the proximity sensor to wake the phone (wave your hand over the sensor to unlock) but dt2w does consume more battery.
Xposed installed and working here. Thank you for great ROM!

its not fully compatible like redmi note 7 can you please check camera support level 3, so that i can move to this rom

new version got youtube-vanced installed from the beginning.
tried to switch to root version (Magisk) of yt-vanced, but this doesnt seem to work, since it stays on telling me about installing micro-g.
everything else I tried seems to work fine, great battery life... I can absolutely recommend it

I don't think so....
but maybe ist my fault, cause since it's an apk file I cannot flash it with twrp.
first attempt I placed apk in /system_root/system/app, but I think that is worng destination.
I don't see /system in twrp even if I try to mount it, but I'm not sure if I do it correctly...I just checked system in Mount option but didn't hit "disable MTP"
will now try to copy the file with mixplorer to /system/app, cuase i can see it there...
but I really don't know if this will change... feeling a bit lost right now ^^
edit:
just did so, but I don't see any difference in yt-vanced. so I think it didn't work....
Is there any way to know for sure if the installed app is the rooted version?

Good day! the firmware is extremely unstable. the phone application exits with an error every couple of minutes. Google play services also stop working every 5 minutes ...

After posting I decided to try the ROM. I've got no problems at all. I've been using for one hour doing the configuration and installing all my apps.
Everything's going perfect so far.

I've been using the rom for about a day and it's been great so far. Performance is great and I haven't had any app crashes. The only problem I have with it is that you don't get free google photos storage (it just says backup complete). I don't know if that's a bug or it's supposed to work like that but free storage was available in the alpha build...

Nothing like that here.. do log it and send with proper logs and bug report else please dont say blank like this . No one has said so...Also i have tested it numerous times before release so i dont think what you are saying is true

Hey ! good day. I added some code in the source side to make it work but then on/after december patch it doesnt work..seems like google patched it so idk ...if any other fix is availabe for it i will make sure to ship it with a feature update or monthly update

I have also noticed that in some places (like when installing apps from the play store website on PC) the phone is seen as a Google pixel 6 pro witch could be causing the problem if Google photos also thinks it is a pixel 6 because the pixel 6 series doesn't get free storage
Hi. Rom seems great and stable.
But i have found 3 issues..
1. Its seems online as Pixel 6 pro.
2. In camera app there is no settings.
3. In camera app flash is not working at all.
Any idea?

1. Its due to the rom's source patches/works
2. It is there. Please do check well (swipe left/right)
3.Yes. It is a source side error.I check in other app like google lens and stuff and it works . Hopefully it will be fixed in future

I have two problems with this ROM
1. Using two SIM cards, the antenna of the phone is disturbed and I am constantly losing the antenna

Have been using this ROM for about 6 hours now. Everything is working like charm (Kudos to everyone associated).
However, sometimes, mobile network gets lost (goes into a loop of going off and coming back...) This gets resolved if we switch off the location. Is it just me facing this issue?
I installed the ROM yesterday and so far it is working great except "4G Calling" which I had to deactivate to be able to make phone calls (incoming audio was heavily garbled while outgoing audio was just noise).

I am trying to flash this rom but it is impossible. I have done everything to the letter, the wipes and reboots, and I always remain in bootloop. I have restored 5 times my device to the stock rom and I have done the procedures of different tutorials and nothing.
I also tried adb.
I am using twrp 3.6.0_9-0 because OrangeFox is also in bootloop.

I also had problems installing it, try to acceed to the fastboot and boot twrp 3.6 img, wipe everything in the 2 sides and then reboot again to the fastboot, acceed to the twrp 3.6 and install the new version. If this doesn't work, do the same process but instead of install the new version first install the alpha and then the new one.
