Hello,
my Mi Mix 2s with stock MIUI Global 11.0.3.0 keeps crashing frequently (approx. 10 times a day) including a fully black screen and a reboot showing the Android logo, even though I then don't have to enter my password (like on a normal boot), but the fingerprint sensor is enough. Today after a crash I found it had also deleted all my contacts, even though they are being synced through Google and I'm logged into my Google Account. Even rebooting, removing the Google account and signing back in did not change it. How can I stop the frequent crashes and get back my contacts?
Did it start with this behavior after you updated your phone? I'd guess a factory reset could solve your proplem or you could try reinstall the firmware. There could also be a faulty app installed.
And for your contacts, if you did not upload them somewhere like your Google account or the xiaomi service you should be out of luck.

My Google Play Store Stopped working + google play Games and also facing syncing problem with gmail and calendar , (no issue with internet connection) even after full reset .
also i am not able to add any other google account.
Nexus 5 Android 5.1.1 + rooted + xposed+ default kernel
and today i did clean cyanogen 12 installation but after adding my account this problem arrive again after some time
Have you tried narrowing down the issue, maybe a fresh install (don't root or install Xposed), add your account, run it for a day or two, or at least longer than you know it takes for the problem to occur. Just to make sure it's not an Xposed issue. I've never had issues just with rooting, but it always helps to eliminate any other possibilities.
I've seen something similar to this, and I never really figured it out. I'm using stock image, just root, but my issue was several google sync would not work, like contacts, calendar, and a few others. I tried removing the account and adding it back, it worked like you state, a few hours maybe, then it would have sync errors again. I re-imaged fresh, and I believe when I initially configured the phone the first time, I added my account when it asked instead of skipping it, like I do occasionally. It's been going strong since, but I still don't know if that was a correct "fix"
cyanogen have a setting to remove root access so i did , but the problem still there. i am 80% sure that this is not a root problem .
so i removed my google account but now i cant add any of my google account with my phone (Error -As shown in last screenshot)
i did a fresh start before so again its specifically related to my that google account (as i think)
possible cause of this problem -
1- Latest Stagefright Patch update by google on my nexus 5 (Problem occurs sometime after update)
2- Freedom app , which is used to activate some of my app . i tried this app 2 or 3 days before .http://onhax.net/freedom-iap-apk/
i found one quick solution
i Removed host file from Etc folder in root directory and now problem gone
One question, do you use or previously used an Ad-block app?
yup is that app cause problem?
Hello, it's my first post here so be lenient if you might.
My Idol 3 5.5 came back from repair (power button not working) and they replaced motherboard in order to fix it.
Everything seemed fine until I got home, connected to WiFi and tried to use Google Play. I downloaded all updates pending and tried to use WhatsApp. It said my time and date are wrong, I tried to change it few times, nothing helped. I uninstalled WhatsApp and Messenger (since it didn't work too) and tried to reinstall them. Suddenly notification about Google Play Services update popped out so as it said I did. After the update I've been greeted with whole bunch of similar notifications informing me that none of my apps will work and I have to update Google Play Services. That's a shame I already did... Tried cleaning cache and uninstalling updates etc. Nothing helped, still unable to use apps. After a while It has shown that it can't sync with my Google account, then informed me that I need to connect to the internet in order to use Google Play (I obviously was on my WiFi and internet connection was available, switched to mobile data and same occured). I performed factory reset, the phone didn't boot fo 10 minutes showing Alcatel animation so I turned it off. I opened service menu (power + vol up) and performed wipe from there, rebooted, phone started, configured it and same thing happened - no Google Play for me. I did it one more time, carefully logging in Google Account, not rushing anything in order not to screw up. Still nothing. At this moment I'm really frustrated since I can't use my phone and I'd really not want to send it to repair one more time since it lasts 2 weeks to get it back. Any ideas on how to fix it? Web browser worked fine, sms worked, phone calls were fine. Any ideas?

Maybe give Mobile Upgrade Q a try? It will flash the latest firmware available for your device and will probably fix any software-related problem
Factory reset and then turn on automatical time syncing. Wish you good luck.

factory reset...install google play services update and also google framwork updates..then reboot.
if this dont help go to the google play app and clear chache, then reboot.

Hi there guys. i have a problem which i noticed today. i will try to be very specific on what happened etc, so that i may get the best help possible.
I have a xiaomi mi note 10 pro, with miui global rom 11.0.16 running android 9.
i have it rooted (first phone i ever rooted).
i had android auto installed and also android auto enabler (what a great app, got it from xda). alla was working fine more the few months i had my phone.
yesterday i noticed that android auto wouldnt start.
i was getting a message "android auto requires one or more google play services that are not currently available".
This must have happened in the last 3-4 days, because iremember having opened android auto few days ago, and all worked fine.
well, first i tried downgrading android auto, uninstalling, reinstalling it, getting updates from google play and aptoide for google play etc, removing them, deleting cache, deleting settings restarting and all that.
no matter what,i got the same error. one or more google play services is not currently available.
i was really desperate. today, i noticed an app named google services.
i opened it and it says on top "gms installer"
under it, it has 4 names. (google framework, google service, play store, google maps). all have ticks, apart from google framework.
google framework states it is corrupt. i press the button there is to fix it, it starts fixing and it stucks at 94%. doesnt go any further. upon trying to restart, it gets stuck at 0%.
after clearing cache data and restarting phone, it gets again at 94%. i am thinking thatthis framework is the problem. and i cannot do anything to fix this.
searching on the internet, many had this problem with android auto. and many of them had the problem these last few days. any ideas what i could do? at least to install the framework again?
ps. i never uninstalled the framework. or google services, as i have read it is a very bad thing to do.
thank you
I tried to transfer my data from my old cell an log into my Xiaomi account.
No matter what I do on this Poco X3 NFC I cannot log into my Xiaomi account or factory reset in Sim slot 1 so I can sync all my old cells data.
The crazy thing is I changed my Xiaomi password an still cannot reset.
Data on WiFi off. Over 10gb of data in my provider account.
What the hell is causing this bug?
I would love access to my Xiaomi account. Lots of stuff in it.
But no matter what I do I get this?
Your account have verified with phone number and email?
No idea mate? Its not bricked. I just cant gain account access. An cannot use miflash or miflash pro to force flash. constant errors?
Do you have unlocked bootloader? What MiFlash error gives? Btw, MiFlash works with unlocked bootloader only. If your bootloader is unlocket, you can flash a custom recovery (TWRP or OrangeFox) and use it for a factory reset.....and setting up from scratch....you can use google account to log in Mi account option.
Hey I solved this problem today. I realised Miui kept asking for a strange account an phone number. Turned out I bumped an old account while trying to transfer old cell data.
That account connected to an old Xiaomi device an account of my ex's daughter.
Her daughter kindly have me her Miui log on an account details.
Logged in logged out an added my Miui account.
Solution was from common sense an logic.
Getting some sleep helped me think clearly too
I have a problem, today I tried to upload elite rom. Everything goes ok but I ran into a problem. Well, I can not log in to the google account, logging in is normal, synchronize contacts and nothing else. Unable to log into gmail, play store, google drive. The google certificate is on the phone. I do not know what happened. So i decided to come back to stock but unfortunetly the problem also exists on the factory miui.
Same problem here. Got my new X3 Pro delivered today - neither of Gmail, Google Play or Drive are working. Factory MIUI global 12.5.3
Now it working. On the morning i remove google account, and sign again. They have some malfunction in their service
