I can't find anything online telling me it's supposed to be there and I don't remember seeing it before.
I don't know how to post images or I would share screen shot

i just found it myself via twitter and then found this post on xda.
i just ran it and wanted to post meaningful results but their web page is a "little" confusing ... it also didn't show my results although i did upload them
I didn't give you any results? :S
I don't have my captivate yet so I can't test it myself.

I'm aware from this article/review on Engadget that live wallpapers can be designed to respond to touch input.
What I was wondering was whether they can be used to toggle controls such as bluetooth, wi-fi etc?
So you can basically embed the switches into the wallpaper itself instead of having them sat on top of the wallpaper and ruining the aesthetics of your home screen.
So, yeah, first question is whether or not it's possible. Second question is (if so), how do you do it?
I'm not at all familiar with live wallpapers or how to go about creating them, so if anyone could offer up any tips, it'd be greatly appreciated.
Also, apologies if this is the wrong section to post this in, it seems right but I could be wrong...
There are a couple off the top of my head.
There is one that fits your description already. It looks like a motherboard and has some touch input spots that you press to disable certain things like data/wifi. I don't remember the name but it should be easy to find in the market.
There was also a live wallpaper builder that had tools to build the application from the PC and then you just have to install it on the phone.
The article I linked to on Engadget is a circuitboard live wallpaper but I didn't think it controlled wi-fi etc (truth be told, it's a while since I watched the video but I don't remember it being able to do so). I'll have another look.
Then again, maybe the wallpaper's been updated since the review.
As for the live wallpaper creator, I did see a program like that on another site but it only seemed to allow you to string together multiple frames, no mention of touch input response.
Ok, so I went back and watched the video review of aCircuit and there are/were LEDs that show the status of the handset's bluetooth, wi-fi etc but (at the time the review was written at least), they didn't act as controls.
As I said previously, it's possible the wallpaper has been updated to add that functionality but I can't find a definite answer either way and I'm loathed to buy it just to find out it's not possible...
Any other help/information would be greatly appreciated...
I hate bumping my own threads but I'm having very little luck finding answers to my questions.
I've found some tutorials about how to create very basic live wallpapers but nothing that would lend itself to what I'm hoping to achieve.
As stated previously, any/all help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does it have a streaming website that the app can run off? How nice do you want it?
If you use technology as shoutcast, there already are alot of apps that can play such streams.
You will have to provide more information.
Give as much information as you can in your thread, what you want the app to do, how it should perform, look like etc.
Many moons ago i requested something similar (well i say similar, nothing alike, but an app that did not exist lol) and some kind gent here on xda helped me too
Thank you all for your interest!!!
What i am looking for is very simple... i would like to play the stream from my site... send me a message to get the site... it wont let me post it. with a main background of my site, link to website(opens browser), song title displayed, just as the site does... nothing fancy or complex like splash screens or multiple pages... just a streaming app...
i applogize for not being specific enough but do really apprieate the reply's and interest.. if you feel you can make this you are welcome to stamp your name all over it, to get your name reconized, i will post due credit on the main website as well...
look at the site and let me know what you can do... i can help by testing, i have access to many devices for testing if need be..

Just got a Transformer, very nice, but for some reason the Facebook app does not show the Timeline/Profile for myself or others. By this I mean the newish feature where you see a large image and underneath posts in chronological order for yourself and for friends.
Nor does the mobile site, only the full desktop site shows it.
Can someone with a TF300 who is with Facebook see if it is the same for them?
Hey, everyone. I've seen a couple of posts on the Vizio Smart TV's, but not dealing with this precisely. If this post is in the wrong spot, I sincerely apologize. All I want to do is to display a webpage that automatically refreshes itself on a TV. My boss purchased the TV to display company statistics in the office, so I don't need it to do much... Since the TV is replete with social media apps, I thought that maybe I could post the link to twitter and then follow it through the twitter app, but no luck. I don't care if it's a clunky work around, just anything to convince this thing to display a simple website.
Does anyone happen to know about these?
Thank you!!
