If you want root,then yes.

I've saw this rom posted on official build, so my question is can we dirty flash from official build? I aware that clean flash is always recommended. And is this still on August security patch?

Does volte work on second sim

I can't activate data on second sim. Even i choose apn manually and reboot, clean install again and again. Redmi 3X.

1 of the differences is the additional accent colors in this ROM.

Hey Devs ,
There is a small yet annoying bug in almost every pie ROM..
After connecting wired or wireless earphones the microphone starts going crazy..
Only the phone app is able to use it (ie, during calls)
Other apps such as camera , google assistant , WhatsApp games etc are misbehaving .
A reboot fixes it , but this makes rebooting a mandatory thing every time one uses their earphones , which is irritating as you could imagine...
So please consider this while making next build..
I am putting this post on every active pie thread hoping for a positive reply...

Waited for CrDroid 9.0 for so long! Finally it's here!

Everything is there and working smoothly. The only thing missing for me so far is option to resize/ color the clock and carrier label. Besides - the only ROM after Nougat Darkness Redefined which will stay on my mobile. I tested plenty of other stuff and after max. couple of hours I was back on Darkness Redefined, despite of it's drawbacks. Great job. :highfive:
Edit: please add info about gapps to be flashed. The ROM itself is quite heavy, so some people may think that gapps are included.
One more thing. For system profiles it would be great, if they can enable high accuracy GPS directly and disable GPS completely. Now GPS is being turned on with a lower accuracy level, so apps like maps will ask you for higher accuracy anyway (additional click). And switching GPS off is not complete, it stays half-active (additional click). Hopefully this is not something depending on Pie itself and can be done quickly.
Edit 2
Every app used for SMS keeps asking for permission each time when trying to send SMS. All the permission are enabled. And True Phone app does not reject calls from black listed numbers.

This is non treble rom. Flash using official TWRP.

Cannot boot into HS .
Tried :
1.) Both dirty & clean flash
2.) With & without gapps
3.) With & without magisk
4.) With & without formating data
5.) Lastly with treble & non-treble twrp
Ended up with same result, on last build (28 Des) booted and running perfectly, with normal installation. Some users from my community had this isue too.
But, last build was flawless anyway tho ?. Staying on last build until these issue fixed.

Full screen gestures not work properly

Clean or dirty flash? From PE9+

No it does not work

@weritos can u share kernel zip from ur first crdroid build. It is also 3.18.140 died but with interactive governor. It is so good for gaming and no idle battery drain(1-2% per night). I think flashing boot.img from another rom is bad idea isn't it?

Hey, I just want you to know that there is a bug when you play videos on some browsers. I tried your ROM and also the other Q ROMs, but no luck, you are having the same bug. I tried play video on chromium based browsers (eg: chrome, UPX), and cannot enjoy my p*rn atm . I hope that you can fix this ASAP. Thanks I like your ROM, best Q ROM atm .
np: don't test video playback at Youtube, it has different video engine.

Every Q rom has this bug. For a workaround, downgrade chrome and type chrome://flags in browser url and search for disable.hardware.decoder and disable it and force stop the browser and open again

Don't know bro. Someone said that this would fix the issue. I'm using Firefox instead of chrome. Use alternate browser until it is fixed bro
