Not charging anymore

Hi all,
My HTC Polaris is not charging anymore. I was running TomTom yesterday in my car with the 12V connected. Suddenly it said low battery and the phone was powered off. I tried reconnecting the powercable, but the leds stayed off.
Back at home i tried the normal charged and the USB charger, both without effect. Somehow my phone goes to the Red/Blue/Green etc screen when connected to the PC.
I tried updating the rom, but it is stuck at 100% and after taking the battery out and putting it back in it is still dead.
Any ideas what happened and how to fix it?
It *could* be a dead battery, you get the same symptoms if you take the battery out, the charger on its own won't power the phone.
If it was me I would somehow wangle to try a mate's battery or from a phone shop (O2 if you're in the U.K.)

[Q] Xperia Bricked?

Firstly I'd like to apologise if this is in the wrong place!
I have sat in front of me a Sony Xperia J. It will not power up. At charging it flashes a red LED. Even after 2 hours wall charging it did not move onto the next cycle of charge.
I was given the phone to attempt repair for a friend, they think the screen is broken (no cracks). At an earlier charge attempt the LED turned orange. I went to power on and it vibrated once and did not power up.
Im beginning to think it might be bricked. Ive tried various power button combos to no avail. If anyone could point me in the right direction id be grateful!
Thanks
PC companion keeps telling me there is a connection issue but my PC does pick up that there is something plugged in.

My Sony xperia tx hard bricked

Hi.
My sony xperia tx was hard bricked recently, it happens out of sudden when i was watching a movie on the phone with wall charger connected. At first it went into boot loop and i tried to hard reset it but it didnt work. So leave it connected to the charger. After two hours, there is no led indicator even it was connected to the charger and it didnt respond to hard reset, no vibration at all. Pc companion and flashtool cant detect my device. The only thing i found is my device flash red led for about a minute and it went off and keep repeating again and again and this happened after my device connected to the charger for more than 24 hours..please someone help me how to fix my xperia.

Xperia Z3 won't turn on, no light

I know there is a lot of post and solution of the "sudden death" for the Z3 but none of them has worked for me so far. I've tried anything (except opening the phone), pressed any buttons for any given time but the phone won't turn on. Even the light doesn't turn on. I also bought a Sony dock to charge it hoping that the micro USB port was broken but even after letting it in charge for a night, nothing happens.
I've also done all the steps from the Sony official website even installing the Xperia Companion but obviously it doesn't detect the phone...
Is there anyone that can help here ?
Thanks
How did you solve the problem?
My phone is still dead. I'm not able to turn it on. I just replaced the old battery with a new one without improvement .... :/
