Hi, I've recently noticed that after changing my phone language to English I'm having on average about a 100 MB more of free ram. What is the cause of that? Are there some extra services running in the background?

You have to be specific. In running services I got ~200mb, while in task manager built into the phone I got ~150mb. They calculate dumb and hid the really usage. Because you free it up but as soon as you lock the screen it uses the memory again.
Hi there.
I'm abit confused wirh my Xoom. The specifications say that it should
have 1Gb ram. But when looking in the applications manager,
Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications
I'm never able to see it all. The memory usage and free
memory always sums up to 528Mb of total memory.
Not sure if this is the same thing as total ram. But somehow
I feel abot fooled. Could someone please shed some light
on this. And tell me I'm doing it wrong.

Hello.
I used to get around 600MB free ram when I got my phone with around 10 applications installed while mobile is idle.. Now I get around 1GB free ram after using greenify application and disable some useless system applications.
I really like greenify.

Hey, I use Greenify but I don't know to configure fine the application, I hibernate applications, but then I have a bad RAM management and multitasking is bad. As I set up well to save power and have good multitasking?
Please reply.

Is it more predominant in any particular application? If so which one? Also does performance improve when you turn off autocorrect?
Its in s note....especially when i use full screen keyboard in multiwindow

Interesting. I'm rooted and have done a fair amount of debloating so I can't compare (no significant issues with typing speed other than my terrible accuracy lol). By chance what language do you have it set to and is predictive text on?

Yes predictive text is on...i m using just english...

Found one of your Youtube videos. Your notebook in that video was large. Just curious if the lag is lower in a smaller notebook or in other note taking applications like Papyrus.
I solved that lagging issue....I backed up all of my data and just cleared snote data...from settings/application manager/all apps...
Now its smooth and working fine....thanks for your cooperation....
Actually size of notebook doesnt matter....all that lag was on my note 10.1 2014...but now I have notw 12.2 pro...where every file whether small or large runs smoothly...that was note 10. 1 specific issue..

Interesting! One would think that the software would run the same on both. Glad you got it sorted.
