Do you get to the bootloader screen on your phone? Are you drivers recognized? Check the Windows device manager. Reinstall the drivers and make sure they are correct and recognized. What guide are you following and what version of the phone (see Hardware variants) are you using?

recovery mode and bootloader are 2 different things ...
push volumen+ and power button about 5 seconds , you should go into bootloader
if you were able to get in recovery , you should have been through bootloader
connect to your PC when you are in bootloader , install driver and then type that command
yes, i installed sdk my computer. but still not working.
even i download PDA program for android driver. BUT STILL NO LUCK,.

Weird u should have an Unlocked icon underneath the Google Logo when it reboots but I think it automatically sends you to fastboot mode and at the center in red should say unlocked... u should then opened command prompt and flash recovery. I use the thread I posted. This is what I did from the very beginning.
Cd c:\nexussrootnew (enter)
>fastboot devices (enter)
"Device serial number"
>fastboot OEM unlock
----yes----
"Reboots back into fastboot mode"
Command prompt again:
Cd c:\nexussrootnew (enter)
>fastboot devices
"Device serial number"
>fastboot flash recovery (space)
recovery3101.img
(Flashing device)
"Ok"
"Back to phone"
Enter into recovery and go into mount SD card ... once u mount u will then drag the superuser.zip "provided within the file it asks u to download in link provided in my thread" into root of SDcard ... unmount and go back until u see flash zip from SD ... enter and find the superuser.zip ... that's it your rooted =]

I have the same problem
I have the same problem...
- Phone is stuck on google screen
- Installed all drivers and fastboot recognizes the phone and shows its serial number
- Typing "fastboot oem unlock" in the command promt
- Reach the bootloader unlock screen, select YES
---> The phone is left stuck on the bootloader unlock screen...
Have tried this over and over again, always ends up getting stuck on the bootloader unlock screen...
I have rooted many phones and am knowledgeable on the rest of the process (root/recovery, rom etc...), but I just can't pass this one step which is suppose to be ridiculesly easy.
Any advice?

have you had issues with our sd storage? it seems that when that internal sd card goes, this happens.
I just managed to unlock the bootload trough this:
1. Make sure your computer has working fastboot and adb.
2. Enable USB debugging on the device.
3. Enable OEM unlock in the Developer options settings on the device. (Note: Not all devices have this setting, so continue with next step if yours does not.)
4. Connect the device to the computer through USB.
5. From a terminal on a computer, type the following to boot the device into fastboot mode:
adb reboot bootloader
Click to collapse
6. Once the device is in fastboot mode, verify your PC sees the device by typing:
fastboot devices
Click to collapse
If you don't see your device serial number, and instead see "<waiting for device>", fastboot is not configured properly on your machine. See fastboot documentation for more info.
If you see "no permissions fastboot", try running fastboot as root.
7. From the same terminal, type the following command to unlock the bootloader:
fastboot oem unlock
Click to collapse
8. On some devices, a disclaimer will display on the device that must be accepted. Use the volume keys to cycle through the options. Pressing the power button should confirm your selection. If no disclaimer appears, you can run
fastboot oem device-info
Click to collapse
which will tell you if the device is unlocked
9. If the device doesn't automatically reboot, reboot it from the menu. It should now be unlocked.
10. Since the device resets completely, you will need to re-enable USB debugging on the device to continue.

Requirements:-Make sure that your device is charged to at least the 60%.
-You should also have installed the Deep-Testing Tool.
-Enable USB Debugging on your device. You need to enable this so that your device is recognized by your PC in the ADB mode.
Instructions Steps:1. Download and install the deep-testing app. For Android 11 DeepTestApkOld, For Android 12/13 DeepTestApkNew.
2.Launch it on your phone and tap on "Apply to exit in-depth tests", by pressing the green button.
3.Boot device on Fastboot mode */Power off your device and then press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys for a few seconds.
4.Download and install the adb programm on your pc.
5.Go to "C:\adb" folder and type "cmd" over the address bar, it will launch the Command Prompt.
6.Enter these commands:
"adb reboot bootloader"
"fastboot flashing lock"
7.At this point in time, you should see a confirmation message on your device. Use the Volume keys to highlight and select the Unlock the Bootloader option and hit the Power key to confirm it.
8.Go over again the Command Prompt and type "fastboot reboot".
Conclusions:
That is it, now you have re-locked the device bootloader, leave a reply down below if you have any problems whit that.

Hi, I have a problem... Just bought Realme 9 Pro plus, any version of Deep test not working, i'm on RMX3393_11_C.06. Any hope for unlock bootloader ? Maybe flash other firmware can help ?
Try to downgrade the firmware version from Realme Ui 3.0 to 2.0.
Is It a Global Rom?
Thanks for replay Yes global. Before update, on Ui 3.0, same behaviour. Deep Scan no recognize the device. And can't enter to Fastboot. Recovery works. How i can downgrade without Fastboot ?
