Droid 3 File Not Available

I cannot download the file referenced in steps 1 & 2 (no file name ever given):
1.[From RootzWiki] Go to this website ( File location )

2. Download the ~450mb file.
The Multiupload site is giving me this notice:
| The connection has timed out |
| The server at www.multiupload.com is taking too long to respond. |
Is there another resource for this file?

Currently there is a project update Motorola Xoom 2 (in my case the model MZ616) for Android JB?

This site is basically a how-to for installing a CM10.x ROM. When/if CM decides to make a 4.3 rom for these devices I'm sure you'll see more information pop up here or on the CM site.

Help, When i open eclipse (android app development software) and i click android application project and fill in everything and hit finish, the folder and everything else gets built but it says failed to make buildconfig, Please help, What do i do?....:'(

Hi, recently i bought the Meizu MX 4 Device Which is amazing!
although the Flyme OS is Bad.. , i Have a Very Little Knowledge in coding on IOS , and i have some questions
Im Interested On Building a CLEAN Google Rom For The Device (Like as Google Edition), And im Asking If its Possible ?
(The Flyme is Based Android 4.4.2)
