Every time i install a custom rom it wont boot up, when i click restart to system after install custom rom, it will restart and but wont boot up full black screen and a blue led light come with vibration,
Only solution to install a custom rom, is install custom rom twice without restart, after installation of second time restart to system and it work all,
But every time i need to install twice to boot up the rom,
Why this will happen?
Any solution?

Hey guys, complete noob here hoping to run a custom rom. I followed the instructions for the infused V2 rom for rooting, getting cwm red(coming from stock froyo), and heres where I have a question.
When I hit boot into recovery in Rom manager I get the green cwm.
If I hold the vol and power buttons while powering on, I boot into the red cwm.
Just wondering if I'm good to flash emancipation?
Yes. If you use Rom manager to boot into recovery you will be green, however boot a second time within CWM and the second time you will be red. Which is just how Rom manager works to reinstall packages, but eventually you get to red. Once there, you are good to go for Emancipation.
I recently went through the efforts to install the rom and kernel for the SGS2E4gT. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514665 this one here, now, I can get it to install, boot, run, everything with no problems, but what I want changed is that after installing the CWM EL26 the phone boots with a gt-I9100 under the Samsung Galaxy S logo. I want to remove this and set it back to the regular boot screen without CWM as the default boot recovery. I've tried useing the auto rooting tool to install a different boot image and fix the logo, but every time afterward the phone won't boot to the system and I have to start from square one.
Does anyone know how to do this where that rom will load with the proper boot image
Anyone, please, I've been at this for hours
I've gone through every option I can think of now, if theirs anyway to just change the boot image that shows when you first load the phone I'd be happy with that.
I have a Jiayu g4. There is no way I can get into recovery mode. I tried everything to flash CWM.,but I can not get into recovery.
When I want to flash CWM, the app. Jiayu es/ Mobile Uncle Tools or SP flash asks if I want to reboot into recovery. Then the phone reboots, and the only thing I see is that the screen is lighting up a bit at the edges. I also have no boot animation when the phone is booting. After awhile the screen becomes black, and when I push the power button, I'm back at my homescreen. I flashed several Roms with SP Flash Tools, because that,s the only way to flash for me.
It seems that I can get into recovery mode, but I can not see it because there is no boot animation. When I choose Install Rom in the Jiayu es app. And when I highlite '" I have installed the CWM Recovery Wipe data/cache/dalvik . The phone reboots, and when the phone is rebooted, all my apps are gone and I,m back with a clean Rom without all my apps. But when I choose Install Rom, the phone reboots but I can not see anything happening except that the edges are lighting up a bit. Then after awhile I push the power button and the screen turns black/lightens up/ and black again. After I pushed power button I,m back at my homescreen and I still have the same Rom I had before I flashed.
Another strange thing is that after I tried to flash the new Rom, I open Rootexplorer and look into the map JIAYUES/ROMS and the Rom is disappeared. Is there a way that I can get back the boot animation, or is it a hardware problem.
I wonder if its a hardware problem

Install unclemobile tools from playstore and install cwm from there, that worked for me. But pay attention, there are 2 cwm options, one to just boot in cwm, and one to actualy install it. Make sure you pick the right one.

Use the mobile uncle app to install recovery again (note that the recovery.img has to be on your sd-card/phone memory). If it won't install, try to boot into recovery trough mobile uncle app and install recovery from there with a flashable zip. You can find the mobile uncle app in play store.
I know this thread is old, but just in case: There's no way I've been able to get into the recovery of my G4S. I've tried it manually and with a handful of apps, like mobile uncle. Even when I ask it to flash the CWM recovery from the mobile uncle app, it asks to boot to the recovery but instead it just boots up regularly. Any ideas?
You could search if there's a posibility to do it through adb? Is your phone unlocked?
While installing a rom using aroma when prompted to reboot no matter what I option I choose the screen goes to black. If I selected to reboot the device will reboot, but if I don't the screen will stay black until I reboot with adb. Additionally when flashing some roms with aroma, specifically DigitalHigh's L rom, after exiting aroma the device gets stuck on the HTC logo for a few minutes, than boots into the rom normally. This happens on every boot.

I'm guessing that you are using TWRP for recovery. You need to go into the advanced settings in TWRP and adjust the screen timeout. I have mine set at max, but you can also shut it off. As for long boot times, are you saying a long boot time after flashing a rom or on every boot after the rom is already installed?
Make sure that you are on the latest firmware.

On every boot after the rom is installed. I have tested it with several ROMs, and it seems to be only happening on DigitalHigh's L rom. I think it may be due to my TWRP not being up to date.
Hey everyone, I have a potentially silly question, but searching here and google hasn't helped me.
I decided to try out two custom roms for the z3, Carbon and Lineage, but once I installed them using a recovery (TWRP specifically), I was unable to get back into it. When I started the phone, I'd see the purple led, doing nothing booted into the rom, pressing either vol+ or vol- would change it to orange and a few seconds later, the phone would reboot again and show the purple led again. If I flashed the recovery again, the rom would no longer boot.
I feel like there is something super simple I'm missing with the flashing, but possibly can't describe it well enough to search effectively.
P.S. The reason I'm trying to get into recovery again (otherwise it wouldn't be a problem) is to do things like flash gapps, superuser, etc.
First up I would always recommend flashing the rom, gapps and your superuser in one go.
Sometimes it get's really messy when doing it after booting the rom without anything.
So now I guess you didn't upgrade your bootloader, did you?
Because the older bootloader didn't have a partition for the recovery that would survive a new rom flash (sometimes), but the new one does. But if you lost your recovery, you can easily just boot into fastboot mode and fastboot flash your recovery and instantly boot into it.
It also could be a problem of the wrong recovery you're using. Which one did you use up until now?
You were correct. Because I had a pre-rooted stock firmware, I thought I was on the latest. Turns out I was one version behind, the one version that did as you described. Once I flashed that first, it was working again. Thanks
