Installation Instructions
ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
After booting into recovery, you need to do a factory reset.
Then reboot into recovery again.
Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik/art cache, data
Flash Rom Zip file and gapps
Reboot
Coming from another rom/clean install:
Reboot to recovery.
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
Rooting:
Ground Zero ROMs are not shipped rooted. Flash your favorite root apps like Magisk/SuperSU or any other. After flashing, your device may boot twice before boot animation, don't worry it'll be fine after that.
Theming:
Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app. Some themes may have a little catching up to do, have fun testing them!
Reporting Issues:
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.
Few Notes:
Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.
Selinux is permissive for now.
Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

any screenshots....???
Another new ROM to our lucky falcon.. Thanks @Carlos Arriaga
As the name tells this is a pure android.. Nothing is added to original source code (my guess looking into AOSP apps)..
Couldn't find camera app in app drawer (torch is not workin, maybe because of missed camera app).
Cannot reboot to TWRP Recovery, getting error message as 'Invalid boot image size, failed to validate recovery image
known bugs?

Is it possible to extract camera apk from other Oreo rom and flash over gzosp to make it work. Actually this is the only rom with super fast processing and absolutely no lag visible. I want to make camera working again but don't have much experience in porting and extracting apps. Can someone give me a workaround. Thanks in advance.

the problem is not the app. you would need to download the source code, add the commits needed for camera and build it.
this is outdated, it's not safe to use it and (most important) it's not a magic lag-free rom, it's just a rom.
try some others up-to-date oreo roms, or switch back to lineage 14.1 or another nougat rom.

Awesome., this is the best thing that has happened to me today.

Also does the alert slider thing work?

Slider works great. Haven't noticed any bugs so far. Awesome!

Thats what i tried next but no luck.
What phhsuperuser did you flash just superuser.zip from his buildbot website?
EDIT: I flasher phhsuperuser.zip and it seems to work but it just automatically lets the apps have root access without any prompt lol Tried two different superuser APKS and still get no prompt weird.
Just one quick question:
Is this ROM crypted or not ? (I hope not...)
Thanks.

WoW!!! all members of GZR family in one place??
Thanks Rohit Bro for making an All-on-One Thread!!!??
Yes nice move.
Can you also please have these ROMs upgraded every week, may be using automated jenkin builds.
I've been trying out tipsy for quiet some time now. The battery backup/ sot is incredible. Just dropped 8% in 1 hour almost continuous use.
I've been using it along with kernel auditor and HEBF OPTIMIZER. IVE also disabled background data usage for all non essential apps. Also set back button double tap to kill all apps. Using it to kill apps after usage.
Is this rom is bug free??

I've been trying out tipsy for quiet some time now. The battery backup/ sot is incredible. Just dropped 8% in 1 hour almost continuous use.
I've been using it along with kernel auditor and HEBF OPTIMIZER. IVE also disabled background data usage for all non essential apps. Also set back button double tap to kill all apps. Using it to kill apps after usage.

It is issue by Kernel it seems, you it if you want, we are working on custom kernel which give us battery backup and performance accordingly. It take few days to release that kernel. please keep patience.

For me flash light is 100% working on third party app...
Hi.
I'm use last Tipsy.
Nice, useful ROM.
Many thanks to maintainer!
Unlike other nougat assemblies, there are user-friendly controls: hardware buttons!
Errors peculiar to nougats exist, as in other assemblies.
We are waiting for the next release.

You are right. That was fingerprint fp what i was said in the update post of the rom. It was there in validus rom but got fixed and I have applied the same fix in crdroid. So you will get update crdroid rom with fixed fingerprint bug.
I am using this validus new rom and it doesn't has that fingerprint bug now. Check your self.
For me flash light is working 10 out of 10 times..
From third party app..

AICP
Android Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, the Rom has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.
With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (LAOS) we are now LAOS based with some tweaks from AOSP.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or the LAOS team will if it concerns their code base. This rom isn't LAOS supported, so no need to report errors/bugs to them!!
Code:

Unofficial Release Version 13.1
aicp_mido_o-13.1-UNOFFICIAL-20180321
GApps
[21-03-2018]
Let's find out...
FAQ:
Before using the ROM:
Q. Can I have an ETA for the next build?
A. Yes, just look in the OP to see if your device is built on a nightly or weekly schedule.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP, custom ROM's modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROM's. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. You will need to use the version arm64/arm/whatever for SDK 27.
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the install instructions in the first post...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, however make a nandroid backup first as there is a chance of getting a bootloop or encountering bugs. Also bugs may only be reported on a clean flash.
Q. How do I dirty flash builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot", then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash, and then reboot.
Using the ROM:
Q. How do I enable software buttons?
A. Go to Aicp Extras/Navigation bar, and enable it.
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Q. I keep losing root with Magisk, how do I fix it?
A. Check this out. If that doesn't work for you, ask for help in this thread, read or ask in the Magisk thread on XDA or just re-flash Magisk!
Q. I'm having issues with WhatsApp, how do I fix it?
A. Read this
Q. Do I need to provide a logcat if I'm reporting a bug?
A. If you want it to be fixed faster (or at all) then yes, you should definitely provide a logcat. (Note: Please just link the logcat from your GDrive, Dropbox, etc. and do not post the content here. Thanks.
Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
A2. If you are already rooted, you can use the built-in feature to make a logcat and provide that. Just look into the others section in the AICP Extras main page.
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Oreo. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (Twrp for Treble builds by abhishek987).
3. Wipe the System, Vendor (for first transform from non-treble), Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
7. Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every ROM Update
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Custom magisk for treble enabled builds v16.0 by abhishek987
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the deivce, some devices need you to flash it every time, unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine

does rgb control present in live display?
Slowly charging
So far I have 2 problems:
1) Bluetooth audio won't work in calls (recurring error, happened in crDroid 4.0 as well)
2) While trying to enable confirmation by fingerprint in play store, it crashes. Running OpenGapps mini for 8.1
There was also a problem with it being stuck on the "restoring" screen - had to forcefully reboot and skip this time, it started as if nothing happened tho.
If you require any logs, say which ones

How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!)
0. Real recovery is recommended, it has been reported though that FOTA recovery might work too. There are issues with reboot to recovery with some recoveries (the TWRP linked here seems to work fine for me)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
3. Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
7. Reboot your device.
The procedure might vary from device to device and is a bit different on system updates!
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution can be flashed together with every OTA update (= ROM Update).
Currently supported Root Solution:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions >= 17.2 don't usually require to be flashed on every dirty flash.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA ("Over-The-Air" Updates):
To be able to flash using the built-in OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
Please be sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery. Keep in mind that this could also be an unofficial version!

It doesn't look like hardware problem. Reboot cleans storage and then phone works just fine. Every reboot resets AICP base theme to Light (default).

Flashed it . Nano gaps and magisk . Its very smooth. Bluetooth cant transfer files to my pc. Tomorrow will double check that . It runs but disconects from pc.Havent tried headfones yet - bluetooth and regular. Mobile data works, both 3g and lte. Video recording with stock camera is dark. Open camera works fine. No time for more testing today.
P.P. Pictures taken with stock camera app are 180 rotated. Pictures taken in landscape are ok.
Installed this yesterday. Rom are smooth, Bugs found:
-instagram wont play videos
-
-
That's it
Very smooth rom
Bug : Gallery Setting and AICP extra's
This ROM is very smooth and responsive even being in alpha. Amazing port SpiritCroc
Very good ROM, and it's only an alpha!
Wifi, LTE, Bluetooth, Hotspot are working smoothly.
I only got these issues:
Gallery: no images found
Aicp extras: several functions to be implemented yet
Screen casting: got a soft reboot when trying to transmit to an external device.
Thanks a lot for this excellent ROM!
Google Pay and Mobile Pay
In the settings on Android, the mobile payment (Tap and Pay) is not selectable or if the option is clicked to get back to the overview of the settings. Please fix the bug. The whole thing is not synonymous with other Custom Roms. only with stick is Google Pay useable.:crying:
Really awesome for a rom in alpha status !
Greats thanks to all developers and to our loved maintainer SpiritCroc :good:
But once again, I got problem on stock camera : app crashes on launch. (open camera is working as already reported)
Others tell about dark pictures/video, so they seem to access stock camera app.
As usual, from TWRP, I've FORMATTED cache/dalvik, internal storage (system+data).
Then I've installed aicp + nano gapps + magisk 17.1
Should I try to restore from stock rom
(I really don't understand what is the difference with a format from TWRP, but on my phone it seems to modify stock camera functions)
The rom is smooth & quite stable, I think it will official soon
wow
this is truly the best firmware:good:. For four days of use, no complaints, compared to the previous 8.1. A good start, I hope further development will be as successful.

Had the same prob with 13.1, and so did others; here's a short description what you can do to try and solve the camera issue; worked for me already twice, no idea why...

Strange. What are you flashing after rom? Gaps, root solution?
Maybe try real recovery. It works for sure with AICP and LOS roms.

AICP
Android Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Android Lollipop, the ROM has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.
With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we became LineageOS based with some tweaks from AOSP and we are now based on the "Ground Zero Open Source Project" (GZOSP) for Android Pie.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or the GZOSP team, if it concerns their code base. This ROM isn't GZOSP supported, so there is no need to report errors/bugs to them!!
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications and if
* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you. Hard & a lot.
*

FAQ:
Before using the ROM:
Q. Can I have an ETA for the next build?
A. Yes, just look in the OP to see if your device is built on a nightly or weekly schedule.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels officially?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP. Custom ROMs modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROMs. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. You will need to use the version arm64/arm/whatever for SDK 28.
Q. How do I 'dirty flash' builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot" as the destination, then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash and reboot afterwards.
Using the ROM:
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Thanks.)
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Pie.
How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
3. Wipe the System, Cache, and Data (you might need to format the data partition!).
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Reboot and set up your device, enable developer settings and in them OEM unlock/Advanced reboot/USB tethering.
7. Reboot back into TWRP recovery.
8. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
9. Reboot your device.
The procedure might vary from device to device and is a bit different on system updates!
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once! This might differ on AvB Devices.
The root solution can be flashed together with every OTA update (= ROM Update).
Currently supported Root Solution:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions >= 17.2 don't usually require to be flashed on every dirty flash.
Depending on the device, you may need to flash it every time.
Unless your maintainer says otherwise, you should be fine.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA ("Over-The-Air" Updates):
To be able to flash using the built-in OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
Please be sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery. Keep in mind that this could also be an unofficial version!
On encrypted devices you will have to enter your PIN/password in TWRP before the process starts.

3 - Can we costume led notification color and time by app?
4 - does the ROM has privacy guard like LOS? (I'm asking since now it's based in ground zero)
