Yes you can check my thread for guide.
I added these lines to build.prop
##Multiwindow
ro.huawei.multiwindow=true
ro.config.hw.multiwindow=true
ro.config.hw_multiscreen=true

Did you reboot your device and enabled it in developers option ?

developer option but it does'nt work or [ I do not know how to use]

Long press recent and home button at once on home screen to get multi window toast.

the multiwindon activation button only appears after changing this line from

um if you have ROOT on your G1
open terminal
type reboot
have a nice day
Call(green) + Menu + Power(red)
And you don't even have to open the keyboard.

Try "su" first, then it should work.
$ su
# reboot
Then darkness follows.
why not just use this method? its so much easier.

yes,hot reboot required your device to be rooted.
It would be nice to gave a tool that works this way without root - thinking more about htc flyer here.

ATM, we cann't use this way. Because all the system level method are hidden for normal application.

i cant seem to see in mw mamager either...but it shows up on all apps in settings so i know its there..just cant open it

.....but it works. Just tap on the bottom of the right hand apps case. The pencil to edit and rag and drop apps on it. among them sfinder. Look at the screenshots

Man just push apk to system/app and fix permissions. it cannot be installed as normal apk. and by the way you can use gnabo v5.5 where you can find everything from note 2014 edition working! thanks to @Mikyno

Instructions:
1. Your Phone must be Rooted.
2. Download and install SQLite Editor from Playstore.
3. Open SQLite Editor and in APPS Tab find Setting storage and select it.
4. Then select settings.db
5. Then select system
6. Then find these items & tap on them & select Edit Record & Change the values to 1.

lockscreen_wllpaepr_transparent = 0 to 1

Note: If you don't change the wallpaper, this mod will be constant, but if you change the wallpaper you should do these steps again.

I use an app called LongShot.
It's working pretty well on many of my devices. It has auto scroll so you just have to tap on the longshot quick-tile and then hit start on the overlay thing that pops up.
