After updating to Oreo, whenever I get a notification the screen wakes up. This drains the battery, but worse is that I have had the camera switch on, the emergency dialer activated etc. Is there a way to switch off screen wakeup? I've tried everything I could think off. Thanks!
In the app "nils" you have that opt if you are willing to install an app for that... ヅ

Hi
I have a lot of calendar events and sms every day and every time my phone turns on the screen. And calendar have a bad habit of letting the screen be on until the phone gets all worm in the pocket.
I want the screen of all the time except when I press the power button anyone that has a solution for this.
I have xpoosed already and guess that's the most likely way to solve it or am I wrong.
I run 4.3 stock
Thanks in advance //jonas

Ive been wondering how to do that as well.
You can try the app Light Flow. It handles notifications from all apps (the full version). There is an option to turn the screen on when a particular notificaiton arrives. Maybe you can use it to not turn on the screen too.
I had the same issue, if you are rooted, use Wanam and one option under is to not turn on screen for notifications. Press it and reboot, problem solved. Hit thanks if that helped you.
Can't find it can you tell me where and what it is called.

There is one available "Automatic Answering" but while a handset or Bluetooth attached. I want a feature like the phone will auto answer and record message of the caller "Leave A Message After The Beep".
I have tried to click force stop the "Clock" app, clear app data and restart the phone but it's useless. :crying: :crying:
I have browsed the internet & found that same cases are happened in Marshmallow.
My phone is using EMUI 4.0 (no root).
Anyone has ideas for this issue?

You set the automatic power on/off, check it.
Deactivate it and reboot.

Open camera, select Pro, press the EV-Icon for 3-4 Seconds, a yellowish point appears beside Icon, message says "exposure locked". Very, very simple.
