Ps Garmin etrex has a lead from it to a standard rs232 serial plug
does anyone know if there is a way to increase the bandwith transfered with BT? no matter what ROM I used, stock included I have a terrible skipping when using my OBDII scanner (tool to read car computer status, rpm's, temps, etc...) and A2DP at the same time....I never had this problem with my Vibrant....With my Vibrant I was able to connect to my Headset profile and A2DP on my car stereo as well as the OBDII tool with no issues at all....
*EDIT* the reason i believe it has to do with the throughput of data is because my A2DP audio skips whenever the OBDII scanner Poll's the car's ECU for data, every .45sec or so (indicated by a blinking dot on the gauges of the Torque Application)
Most of our phones and tabs offer an FM-Radio which uses the headset cable as the FM antenna.
I want to connect my tab with m home theatre system, using it as the central source for FM radio, as well as the music library.
Does anyone know if and how I could connect an external antenna to the tab. Using the headet is obviously not an option. Obviously one of the headset wires is being used as tha antenna, but which one and how could I hook it up with the antenna jack coming out of the wall??
Just wanna ask. Normally a bluetooth device has a range of 10m or so. So if i'm connecting my phone to a bluetooth headset does that means i have 20m of range?
