Factory Mode - Downloading - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello I have a Note 10.1 and occasionally when turning it on it'll boot to Odin mode but say "Factory mode" at the top left. I've tried some hacks in /efs but nothing seems to do the trick. Anyone else have this problem? Its a n013 and it has Lineage OS the download counter is 1.

[Q] My samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 is turning on and off continuously..

My samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 is turning on and off continuously. I connected it with the charger and I pressed the power button. Is stoping the endless reboot but when I tried again faced the same problem.
First I done :- ( for root)
I read about the rooting procedure on various threads on the forum, watched loads of videos online and yet have failed:
1. I have download ODIN & Tried to root the device using the “CF-Auto-Root-espressorf-espressorfxx-gtp3100.tar.md5” file
2. ODIN flashed the device correctly as the left-side bottom corner status window in ODIN showed Success – the ODIN windows right above the one that shows the [ID: COM 9] also displayed “PASS” in green color after the Tab restarted.
3. However, after the Tab restarted – displayed the splash screen on bootup & its stuck there
After that I done this :-
I am downloading “P3100DDCNA3_P3100ODDCNB1_INU.zip” from sammobile.com I will attempt to load the file in ODIN. Successful. But again it stucks on samsung logo.
I can open 'Downloading Mode ' and also ' Recovery Mode '
I don't want to erase or wipe my whole data. ( factory reset)
Please Help me out....!!!!
Full wipe and factory reset may be your only option, the rom that's running may have corrupted some system files and the only way to fix it may be doing a factory reset.

Can I get backup of my data..???
If your PC will allow you to access your files while in download mode , you can copy them to a folder on your PC and restore data later .
Pp.
Maybe flash a custom recovery and use adb to pull your data.
Make sure, you don't own a verizon or sprint tab - different devices, using p31xx firmware/recovery will end in a hardbrick!

Please help - Samsung Tab 10.1 booting to recovery and download mode only - no normal

Hey guys hope someone can point me to the right direction or knows this problem:
Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wifi (P5110).
Device will only boot recovery no matter what. (both with stock or custom recovery AND stock or custom rom installed - tried all combinations already)
Stock rom has been installed with odin and pit-repartition has also been tried.
When I turn on the tablet it boots straight to recovery. On stock recovery it says something about update, then "no command" and when I then choose reboot system, it says error and powers the device off.
Please help.
nobody an idea?
I had this kind of behaviour on another device before - dont exactly remember if also was samsung - but the solution was to clear out a stuck OTA update which was stored in a special partition which would normally not get wiped of flashed over. (by reformating or writing it full with /dev/zero)
Thinking back I dont think it was a samsung device though - but the "error picture" is the same.
But in this case I'm unsure where ota updates would get stored other than cache partition. Already tried clearing out some partitions on this thing - since its a wifi only model - can I clear EFS or use "reformat all" (dunno how exactly that option is called in odin) without totally bricking it? (never had to do this but since I'm out of ideas... )
Please anyone.. =)

After full wipe cannot enter download mode anymore.

Greetings to all senior members.
Would anyone help me out with this issue?
My Samsung Galaxt Tab 7.0 Plus went dead this evening. I've experienced a problem with some apks I've installed so I decided to do a full wipe on it.
After that I got stuck on Samsung logo.
I've faced it so many times before so I proceeded to full wipe, wipe cache and then Odin to reinstall the firmware.
Everything was ok, but suddenly the phone was disconnected during the process and then I cannot enter download mode anymore.
I've removed the battery hoping to enter download mode again, but no chance...
I've tried everything after that: full wipe again, I've even tried to install firmware without entering download mode.
All that I can have is recovery mode or get stucked on Samsung logo.
Software or hardware solutions are welcome.
Thanx a lot!

Stock S6 stuck on Samsung logo after enabling UPSM; Data recovery?

Hi all,
I have a standard s6 with stock EE (UK) firmware 6.0.1 installed (non rooted) . The other day I put it in UPSM mode. But soon after, the phone just restarted and now just gets stuck on the Samsung logo screen. If left long enough, the phone vibrates once.
I can get in to both recovery and 'download' mode. Tried wipe cache and flashing the same firmware using odin. Odin goes through successfully but the device still gets stuck at the same place.
The main thing is that I need to get the data off the phone. Any ideas how I can do this,( I don't think USB debugging or developer mode were/are enabled) ? Or indeed remedy the boot loop?
Thanks
Any advice on this folks?
If anyone knows of a way I can recover the data at least, whilst the phone is in this state, would be appreciated. The only thing I have not tried yet is a factory reset from recovery (because of data loss). If I am able to recover the data and then a factory reset fails, I am still under warranty so that should not be an issue.
Thanks in advanced.

J415FN bootloop - stock firmware doesn't resolve the issue

Alright, here's the situation I'm in. My friend's WiFi wasn't turning on so I first thing I did was reset the network settings to factory defaults which didn't help.
Next, I upgraded his OS OTA through settings pane, again no cigar. I then went to check if BT was working and it did turn on with no problem, or so I thought. Despite it being on, it wasn't seeing any BT devices I could see with my own phone and PC.
As a last resort I backed up his phone with Smart Switch and went for a factory reset. Boy, was that a big mistake. You see, when the phone went through the resetting motions, it got stuck in a bootloop. First the Samsung J4+, secured by Knox screen would show up followed by Samsung logo which would run for few seconds and then the phone would reboot.
What I tried next was going to recovery mode by pressing Volume up + power button. There I went to clear cache and once again rebooted the phone to no avail. Same thing happened again.
Next I tried doing factory reset through recovery mode, again same thing.
After that I went to download latest firmware from sammobile with correct CSC and flashed it with Odin with no problem. The problem was though that the bootloop persisted through fw flash.
Next, I found PIT file for the phone and loaded it up in Odin so I could check NAND Erase and Repartition options alongside loading up all the firmware files. This went smoothly, flash was erased and reformatted/repartitioned, Odin did its thing, firmware was loaded up to the phone, but again, bootloop persisted.
I drained the battery by letting it loop until it died, charged it back but that didn't help either. I also tried flashing several different CSC firmwares to no avail. Tried all 3 available firmware versions with binary counter of 6 (BTG1, BTE1 and BRB3).

Unfortunately, I didn't have the presence of mind to enable OEM unlock before doing the factory reset so loading the phone with TWRP is not an option. I can't even load older versions of stock firmware either because the binary check fails. Am I SOL on this one?
