I found this discussion on reddit yesterday, where some guy claims his Xiaomi phone's in-built battery saver app tries to connect to the IP address that belongs to US Department of Defense. He provided some screnshots from AFWall log, but can someone confirm?

This app allows you to post messages to your location/any location that you decide to "travel" to on the world map. The map/list will update automatically when something new is said - acting in a similar way that public chat in an MMORPG would be, except in the real world.
There is no need to register, your anonymity is to your discretion.
