I saw some things on the internet about the NXT-L29 possibly not working with Android Auto. Does anyone who has KANGVIP SLIM tried using Android Auto? Has it worked?

Everyone saw what Huawei made today. Yes I am talking about P8, the system looks amazing with the new EMUI making me wondering, Are we getting those new specifications ? The camera app and etc. ?
Even the theme looks good.

Maybe someone can extract the EMUI and theme for the room when it will be available....
Why would Huawei not update the Mate 7 to Lollipop and EMUI 3.1? It's a matter of time though, as they need to create the ROM for the Mate 7 (and its different versions) first, besides creating new ROMs for all other current phones. So just have a little patience.
Of course the emui will be updated along with lollipop you just need to hang on.

Huawei has released the update Lollipop and EMUI 3.1
i found it on the website from Huawei it's self.
i have installed on my mate 7 and it works fine.
there is 2 versions of the update: MT7-L09 Firmware(Android 5.1.1,EMUI 3.1) and MT7-TL10 Firmware(Android 5.1.1,EMUI 3.1)
check the site and you will see it for youre self.

Does the Mate 8 have the actual 6.0.1 or the 6.0 version?
Getting my phone neyt week and i'm reading now, that my hands-free kit in my car does have a problem with 6.0. In 6.0.1 this was fixed.
Any infomations would be helpful.

And what about 7.0?
latest B323 firmware is still android 6.0 but with EMUI 4.1 instead of 4.0...

Hi mates! I finally installed the NOUGAT BETA (EMUI 5.0) on my Mate 8. I wonder if there are some themes around with Pixel or Nougat appearance. EMUI themes are not of my particular taste.

I own the 702 and my phone is about perfect except the darn GPS falling asleep unless I leave a running app keeping it alive.
I was going to buy the 703 to see if its just some revisions of the phone as some people do have issues while some of us do no matter which ROM we try.

It can be installed via Ff. I did and GPS reconnected like it should.
I send the system folder to AJ. Next week he may have time to build international rooted version from this.

What is your Baseband versions? I am testing a 703L currently and since Monday that I got it, the GPS is rock solid but I noticed that while running 212 like my 702, the baseband versions are different so I was wondering if Baseband is related to the GPS reception too.
Just wondering trying to make sense of this work and dont work among users of the same phone.
On my Patched 701 I have0 baseband 21.600.23.00.010,21.600.23.00.010

Yes. EMUI11 is based on Android 10, so it's just like a normal update. We will se about Android 11.

So far no issues after upgrading to EMUI 11 with GMS installed previously.
Google account, google assistant and playstore doesn't shows any error.
My phone mode ELS-NX9 with EMUI 11.0.0.118 installed (beta).

I also have mine mate 30 Porsche and mate Xs upgraded to emui 11 beta without any problems with GMS
Does this go for the newest EMUI 10 also? I now have 10.0.1.136 and want to update to the newest with GMS installed, will it be fine? @ JNY-LX1
