Hello, I just wanted to ask which Xposed modules people have found to work on this phone before I go through the trouble of rooting it.

Has anyone attempted to install xposed framework? I downloaded the installer but can't convince myself to try it. Can't afford a new phone if I brick this one. Anyone help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Last I read Xposed for Samsung Lollipop roms wasn't available yet. It's available in beta for Lollipop, but AOSP only.
Read more about it here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811

Touchwiz will not work with Xposed as of yet. Rovo, the creator of Xposed is not spending much time on it either. I understand he has a personal life and development isn't his priority which is cool but I've used xposed for the past 3 years and I will feel naked with the new S6, I guess I should learn to move on until it comes back. Hopefully Rovo comes back on board and builds on it or we can get another solution to things like Wanam, app settings and youtube adaway.
Thanks for the help guys. Hopefully we start to seem some development soon. I'm glad to have root the day I got the phone, but I agree with you Brava27, it feels naked without xposed and a custom rom. Anyone know if anyone is working on a custom recovery?
I've tried everything and cant find a way.
I don't think you can without some sort of root assistance. I got it removed on my S4 using Nottach Xposed, but I don't believe Xposed is available for the S6. Maybe request it in the Dev forum?
Hello everyone, I have a nexus 5 running android 7.1 and I rooted it a long time ago and installed BusyBox on it, I'm just wondering what can I use BusyBox for. I keep reading that it could be very useful but I can't seem to know how to operate it. If you can link me to a thread about it that would be very helpful. Also, any news on Xposed for Nougat?

Many root apps require BusyBox to run properly. A quick Google search would turn up what you're looking for. Try "what is busybox" and that should do it. Check the Xposed XDA sub forum for your next question.

Reinstall your rom without super user and root with magisk. Use the audio libs and viper modules from magisk. If you really want super user I can still help but magisk does all the work for you. With su there's a lot of steps you have to take yourself
If you're an audiophile, checkout ARISE. It's a flashable mod that includes V4A and much, much more. I'd be surprised if there is a more complete package for the Note 5. It's been working flawlessly for my 920T for a long time.

Hi all! Thanks for an amazing forum. Long time lurker, possibly first time poster?
Im not overly tech savvy, so im sorry if im adking an easy question, however i thought i would see if anyone has the patience to help me.
With my s8+, im trying to install xposed and lucky patcher. I realise that i cant ask too many questions about lucky patcher, but im running magisk, and i was just wondering if its possible to acheive yhis, or if i need to swap it out with supersu? Im under the impression that i cant use magisk to hide root anyway, and i think rootgjost doesnt work anymore so i have no issues with swapping. I just thought i would ask an expert
Also, if anyone knows a rom with no bloateare and these two programs installed, im there
Thanks in advance!
Dan
hi!
i don't know if xposed is running on s8 properly but what about lucky patcher? what do you need it for? just curios. i have magisk as well and i cant run lucky patcher because it restarts my phone so i don't use it any more.
