i have really got benefit of your help and used most of your solution, i have HTC desire 626 rooted and unlocked, i would like to have the sim lock disabled if possible even using terminal CMD or find another rom to flash it

I was wondering if I could unlock bootloader using a method from a very similar phone (LG F70 D315)? If not is there anyway to unlock the boot loader on the LGL31L?
I would really like to customize this phone with custom roms and stuff but i cannot find anything about this specific phone (LGL31L) for doing such things.
OS: KitKat 4.4.2
