Can't seem to get nova launcher to "stick". I can launch it, hit home and it goes back to the Huawei home launcher.
In settings, hitting the "press to make home" the screen blinks, it goes to nova launcher, but when you hit home it
reverts back to huawei home.
Ok, what am I missing?

Hi, i enjoy using both launcher pro home screen and the stock 5 page home screen on froyo.
Heres the issue, when i press the home button it gives me an option between going to launcher pro or to the regular home screen. I don't like to have to press a button again to get to the desired home screen. Would it be possible to set my home button to go to launcher pro if i tap it, and if i hold it it would go to the regular home screen? or can i reprogram one of the buttons, like the camera button to a home screen button?
Any suggestions?

Have you tried Home Switcher. It lets you launch or set as default any installed Home Screen apps (including native HTC Sense) and launchers. Pretty cool!
ya i saw that, i just wish it was a physical button rather than an icon. thanks, i think i'll stick with that.
just do not apply default home app. when you touch home buton all home apps are appear!

Hi,
while playing with HOME button on my X10, I changed the behaviour to "use it by default" to use ADW launcher. Now from the home button on my ADW dock, when ever I press the home button, it is re-launching ADW. Is there a way to get back my app folder and re-set the behaviour

Go into settings. Select applications, select manage applications, select adw, click on clear defaults... Press home.. et voila..

I have a purchased version of ADW Launcher. (ADWLauncher EX 1.3.3)
I cannot figure out to get the home screen button on my NS to show the 5 screens all at the same time, then I select the screen I want to go to.
Right now, when I press the home screen button, it just goes straight to the middle screen.
I used to be able to do it with the free version of ADW.

Pinch to zoom on the home screen. You can modify pressing what does what in the ADW settings.
Edit: Menu -> ADW Settings -> General Behavior -> Gestures -> Home button binding

I really like the nova launcher but i seeming to find one thing that drives me crazy. When i press the home key twice, it opens up all the homescreens to edit. Is there a way to disable or stop it from doing this?

I'm using Nova Launcher 5.5.1. On the bottom-half right edge of the screen is a line, if you touch it this menu appears. I don't know what this menu is called in Nova Settings. Does anyone know how to completely turn this off? I keep accidentally pressing it.
Its from Sesame Shortcuts. Go in to settings and turn off screen edge.
