I searched and couldn't find this discussed. Is it possible to hide or remove the wi-fi calling ongoing notification? I couldn't find any options in the settings. I wouldn't mind it still in the pull-down, but I'd like to get rid of the icon in the bar. I'm currently using the Trigger 2x rom.

As it is now, the colors of the wifi/mobile signal bars are white (in the status bar), and if you want to check to see if you're receiving data for either wifi/mobile you have to swipe down and go into quick settings. If you're not receiving data, it will be orange.
Is there a way for the signal bars in the status bar to also show orange? Or another color letting you know instantly you're not receiving data for either wifi or mobile?
The reason I ask is because last night my internet went down for a couple hours. The wireless router was on, thus showing full white bars for wifi in the status bar, even though I was actually not receiving internet. It was only after not receiving any notifications for awhile (including texts because when the wifi/mobile data are on at the same time both go down) when I swiped down into quick settings and noticed full reception for both wifi/mobile but both were orange.
It would have been nice to know immediately via the status bar with a change in signal color from white to orange. Is there something I'm missing? Is it possible to change?
Cheers!

Only way to change colors is themes from theme chooser, xposed modules, etc with root. Normally, no, not on stock unless you do the root. Signal status in status bar is feature of some ROMs as well if you flash but beyond that, no.
I just updated my N5 to 5.0.1 yesterday and noticed a new star icon that is showing between the bluetooth and wifi on the status bar. Pretty sure that was not there before. At least I think it's new in 5.0.1 but could be wrong.
Anyone know what that star is? Is there a table listing what all the icons are on the top display bar?
TIA

Hey guys. My wife has an issue with her OP6. She's running full stock at the latest firmware. She's having issues with notification not showing in the notification panel. I have checked it and it turns out that the notification is there is just that is transparent for some reason. I was trying to see if it was the theme she was using. I changed it from light to default to dark and it happens the same issue. Also when I pull down the notification panel it's cutting the top part of the bar. I've attached a screenshot for you guys to see. Again she's running full stock, no root, no substratum.
Hello all,
It seems on the TMO version of the OnePlus 7P they have left out the VoWiFi and VoLTE icons that normally appear on the notification bar. Has anyone found a way to reinstate these, as it would be helpful to know when I am on either during the day.
Thanks,
Steve
Are those icons listed in Icon manager? just search for Icon Manager in settings.
