LG G3 beat - recovery error

I tried to install custom recovery in my LG G3 beat (D722k) running on Lollipop. I used Flashify app and downloaded the cyanogenmod image file from get.cm website which is a 10 MB file .
I opened flashify and selected recovery image option and selected the zip file to be flashed. Once flashing was done, I selected reboot and got an Secure boot error and then a blue screen appeared with error,
DEMIGOD crash handlerBI Apps watchdog reset
Ram dump mode
Option:SD Card ram dump mode
Push below files to sdcard before test,
rdcookie.txt, rtcookie.txt
I don't know whether I have done some mistake. Kindly help me installing custom recovery and custom ROM
hello there, could you fix it?? i have the same exact problem

RIP Phone? :( (bootloop, can't recover with SPFtools nor Recovery mode)

Hi,
Phone model: Jiayu G4S 2GB/16GB MTK6592
couple of days ago my phone freezed an restarted.
then it enters bootloop.
tried to pool out the battery and restart - nothing.
Try #1 - install stock rom from recovery:
I've entered recovery mode and found out that my recovery has bug of mounting the EXT-SD so I can't copy stock rom onto the sdcard and flash it.
Try #2 - use SPFlashTools to install new recovery/new ROM:
receive error 4001 though drivers and preloader installed.
Try #3 - use fastboot flash recovery - receive error "FAILED (remoteartition 'recovery' not support flash)"
Try #4 - to copy /data folder and all the files from the internal SD to my computer in order to move to a new phone - can't see the sdcard files in my adb shell, can see them only via the recovery mode so I know they there, but when I ls the via adb shell - they are not there.
I don't want to give up, any suggestions?
Thanks,
Oren.

Oneplus 6 bricked or what?

I sucessfully unlocked bootloader, rooted and installed twrp. I was using my phone today and i try to boot to twrp to flash RenovateIce rom and my twrp shows some strange symbols all folders... also on my computer is the same... When i tried to boot to system it just boot up to twrp again.. I cant boot it to my system.. Help please ...
here is screenshot from my pc:
First, you must ask on the Q&A section.
Second your files appears like that because they are crypted ( the password on your phone is used to decrypt it), and as i know (i may be wrong but yes you lost your data) but you need to delete your internal storage now for it to be able to use it like it should, so in twrp delete your internal storage, install your rom via adb sideload, boot and set up your phone and reflash twrp ( via the cmd and then via the zip)
Did you install renovate? You could try to use an otg drive to remove renovate if that is messing your system. They probably have a rescue zip on their forum. You could also try to flash bluspark twrp if that could help you get into your data. Hope you get your data back, otherwise the full format should revive your phone. Read up before (if)you try my suggestions.
hi ,i have fff*cked my op6 many times and i faced this , now go to bootloader and flash twrp from pc cmd or terminal again , boot twrp now u can enter password , good for now u can install sys again or copy your files to another sd card or pc or u can delete data and install system again or just install u can try and learn from your mistake
sorry bad english

Dude u did loose ur data but lets see if u can get it.
Boot to fastboot
Connect usb
Open powershell in ur adb. Exe/fastboot. Exe windoe,(where u installed adb)
(U can also open powershell & use command cd e:\adb{example} to navigate.
Now u need to download & paste twrp. Img in this forder.
Then, Enter command - fastboot boot twrp.img in powershell.
Ur device will now boot into twrp & u have usb file transfer mode active now .
(Now see if u can extract any data)
If no then
Copy ur os. Zip to phone storage
Now flash os.zip using TWRP.
I sucessfully unbricked without loosing any data...
1. Rebooted to bootloader from twrp
2. Fastboot twrp.img
3. It asked me for password to decrypt
4. Flashed twrp.zip
5. Flashed magisk
6. Reboot to system
Everythings works okay now. I just repeated installing recovery and rooting proccess..
Thank you guys !

I am not responsible for any wrongdoing by you. Always have ROM stock files. Any error, install stock recovery again.
First you need to unlock the bootloader if necessary! Unzip file attached and look 2 files.
Then, the installation plan:
0) Flash the TWRP with SPFT or fastboot;
1) Enter TWRP IMMEDIATELY without starting in the system, otherwise TWRP can revert to the stock;
2) When asked to enter the password, select Cancel;
3) Load the file with Magisk (look for any magisk19.zip for TWRP and the decryption file for EXTERNAL memory;
4) Flash Magisk immediately and then install the file data_decrypt_Mobiistar_C1_Shine.zip immediately;
5) Make FORMAT DATA - bottom left button - Type: YES. Go back to the TWRP menu;
6) Make Wipe: data, cache, dalvik (reset to factory settings! Save your data!);
7) Reboot to TWRP (password must not ask);
8) Restart on the system, root is received.
thanks bro for making recovery.img when installing magisk 19.zip its giving error on last step failed to mount /vendor/persist (invalid argument). done
after that i tried to install your data decrypt .zip after one reboot to recovery because i have tried before without reboot recovery once so this time rebooted and installed your data.zip file and again on the last step same error as magisk failed to mount /vendor/persist (invalid argument). done
after that i tried to format by typing yes but again same error failed to mount /vendor/persist (invalid argument).done
just to inform you i have formatted phone from inside by turning it on factory reset but nothing happened....and internal space is not mounting i some how managed to install these things via OTG USB but same error again and again. i am attaching screenshot also which i captured from other phone of mine.
kindly help asap

This is Ok. I made TWRP fast and not remember if the stock partitions has \vendor\persist. So if has that's message is normal. Therefore messages about \vendor\nvdata;nvram;nvcfg is normal too. Very pacth zip files can delete that and the device cannot have IMEI.
First: Is good know the file TWRP worked;
- - You can't install any zip without FORMAT DATA first because FORMAT DATA process can view internal storage. If you don't FORMAT DATA maybe the zip file going wrong with MicroSD & OTG.
In this moment you understand: not use external storage! Put zip in the internal storage an try again.
About MTP: Has anything wrong wiht A8.1 & TWRP. Most devices with A8.1 and TWRP do not have access to MTP. I don't know what happens because I don't know why TeamWin was unable to resolve this.
Now you need put zip with adb command (search how to do) or use sileload on the TWRP.
PS: the picture attached by you show about decrypt. In the first moment you need acept modifications and password you press CANCEL.

The first start need choose the CANCEL. I think you not know about TWRP (unofficial) and the process with device/TWRP without encryption/decryption process.
If you want that so send me some device to develop/have the possibility of getting that option.

As you read, I not have your device in my hands!
Many 32bits and few 64bits devices have problem with touch screen from kernel. That's not my error! It's from device company.
I not know about touch screen work or not since copvaibhav not write about. But I won't fix this. There is also the possibility to use OTG and plug in a USB Mouse to use in TWRP.
There are solutions to fix the touch screen but I don't have the device and I don't have time to do it. Search and you will know. So solve it yourself and thank your self for it.
Ask copvaibhav for more process and using TWRP.

Custom ROM not loading/existing after flash via TWRP

Kia ora!
I have an old chinese smartphone (Nomu s10) and I found an apparently working Havoc OS version for it ( https://www.getdroidtips.com/havoc-os-nomu-s10/ ).
So I tried installing it through TWRP:
- USB debugging was originally activated
- I installed all the drivers (I can see the phone on Windows USB connection & Device manager does not give any yellow errors)
- I unlocked the bootloader via ADB and freeboot
- TWRP 3.0.2 by Jemmini was already installed as I was using a Lineage variation before.
- I formatted via freeboot via TWRP
- I formatted the /data to ext2 and then ext4 via TWRP
So I installed the Havoc zip via TWRP. Then Open Gapps pico as well. And I reboot into "system", but it does not work. It simply always goes back to TWRP.
PLUS:
Now I see that my phone storage shows up as 100% empty (in TWRP and on PC connection).
So where did I go wrong? What else do I need to do?
Any help would be great, as I am already a bit lost with it .
Thank you!
Nac

Plainly, I don't think the ROM is for your device. Take a look what's inside the zip, go to the META-INF, open the updater-script, in newer firmware it could there in update-binary (too much), see what device is built for.
