What do i delete? All of them? What are all of them used for?

Go to Setting-Manage applications. Find Facebook and uninstall or disable it.

Facebook_Client - associated with Facebook and HTC social app/widget I believe

open the Zipfile don't extract it, look for res\drawable-xxhdpi replace the images and make sure the compression method is store.
